Nice and friendly young man. Kept me informed on his arrival. Serviced and checked to ensure my heating system was good to go for the winter. I had a couple of questions and he answered with no problem. Very knowledgeable on his job!!! Thanks!!

Victor Serrano was without a doubt one of the most efficient as well as personable a/c techs I've ever dealt with. Quick, professional and really didn't mind this older guy asking him questions.

Jacob came out to our house and provided a very comprehensive report that our unit was working perfectly after we had an inspector say differently. He was so helpful in explaining the different (and proper) techniques he used. Very grateful for Jacob for doing a thorough inspection to prove the unit was just fine and saved us from having to replace it for the buyer!

Victor was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. Although he did not have the exact part he needed, he improvised and got our system working until he could return with the right part. Very honest and efficient.

I recently had three HVAC Systems in my home replaced. I received two estimates and chose Beyer Boys because of Comfort Advisor Jesse Delgado. His professionalism, knowledge and attention to detail indicated to me that Beyer Boys was my choice for this major project.

Ray Martinez was the Installation Supervisor. He came by every morning to check on the progress of removal of the old as well as installation of the new equipment. The Installer Crews were second to none. It took one week to complete the project in confined spaces as well as with record temperatures.

All flooring to the various work areas was protected prior to starting the project and clean-up upon completion was excellent.

The entire project was FIRST CLASS, well above my expectations (which are very high) and no short-cuts were taken.

We subscribe to Beyer's semi-annual inspection program. We appreciate your workmen's skill and professionalism. We are informed of system function and areas needing additional attention after every inspection. Our equipment is always in top running condition and we have never experienced an equipment failure.

JC was very professional and performed a thorough inspection on our Daikin AC. He also provided some useful tips to keep our other units running well. 5 stars!

Javier came out late on a Saturday afternoon, bless his heart! While he was unable to fix this unit, he promptly connected with the office and got us an appointment with someone to quote us a new unit. He was pleasant and efficient! Thank you!

Jonathan arrived on time before starting he explained what was to be done for the bi annual maintenance. During this process a part was not working properly he showed me what it was working at and then showed me what it should be working at. With this information part was replaced again in timely manner. Appreciate his professionalism and friendliness.

Rigo came to my home to help with an AC that was not working. He took his time. Was very thorough and explained what he was going to do every step of the way. I ended up having a backed up drain line It took about 30 min but he was able to take care of it and get everything running as it should. He did an amazing job. 10 out of 10. I will be requesting him for any future issues

The tech, JW, was great. Explained some maintenance that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. He took as much time as I needed to answer all of my questions. Great service.

Technician communicated ahead of visit, showed up on time, was efficient and proficient at his job and did a great job. In addition, he was highly respectful and pleasant to talk to....would recommend.

This was the second time Emil Has come to my house in 4 months and both times he was quick, sounded very knowledgable and provided sound recommendations. We had been experiencing loud noises coming from our ac vents, called Beyer Boys and they sent a technician out the same day. Jacob Leal arrived, was very courteous and professional, went directly to the problem was able to fix it on the spot. He proceeded to check the ac unit thoroughly and gave us some very helpful tips. We had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend the Beyer Boys .

Showed up when my A/c company wouldn’t for an emergency call. I fired my A/c company and now am being taken care of from them. My technician was very professional and knowledgeable.
