Professional and courteous! I was very pleased at the thoroughness of the team who cleaned my house. I would highly recommend them. They were also on time and very attentive to what my needs were!! Will be using them again for sure!

I am very happy with MaidPro of Grapevine and especially Rafaela. She does a great job on my home and is careful about my pets. I have used MaidPro in two homes now and would recommend them.

Margarita was here yesterday for the first time. She was much better than previous companies I have used. I was especially pleased with her cleaning of my kitchen and bathrooms. Countertops and appliances sparkled. I am hopeful that this quality will continue over time.

I have been using MaidPro for a few years now- the same person comes at the same time every 2 weeks. She does a great job and when she was here yesterday, she helped me with some things that she doesn't normally do (and I can't do right now due to back surgery) - putting new sheets on the bed, loading and unloading washer and dryer, filling dog water bowl, etc. MaidPro is a wonderful cleaning service and I highly recommend them!

Lorena and Blanca are great! Quality work at a fair price. We receive good communication from maidpro and appreciate the reminder phone calls for appointments. We have been using maidpro for many years now and can easily recommend them.

Margarita and Maria M had their work cut out for them with our move out clean and we were not disappointed in fact we were thrilled with their level of detail! Great job ladies!

I needed MaidPro for a one-time cleaning, and MaidPro did an outstanding job. Chantel was prompt, efficient, courteous, and just a joy to have clean for us. You could tell she wanted to make sure she did a thorough job. I was very pleased and would recommend them and Chantel to anyone.

We have been using MaidPro for about 6 months. They have done an outstanding job. Margarite and Yecenia have been the team tackling our house and we have been very pleased. They get every nook and cranny. This is a company that provides excellent customer satisfaction.

I've been using them for about a year. It's a little pricey, but the cleaners are excellent and thorough. Specifically, Genesis Orozca did an great job for me recently.

Ms. Lorena and Ms. Blanca have been cleaning our home for years. It's not an easy one to clean being very large along with messy boys who leave lots of clutter. They are truly outstanding! I can trust them, they even know how to take care of our beagles. I am very confident in them and would highly recommend them to anyone. Trust me! They are the best! I have used many other services and they top them all!

Jonay has now cleaned our office twice and done a perfect job! Shes eager to help, and always wanting to do her best, and her work shows! We've used maid pro for 6 months now. Jeanna with maid pro is always impeccable, friendly, and professional. She knows our house inside and out and never is that more apparent than when she is frequently paired with other new employees. We are in awe of how thorough she is and I specifically request her every time.

We have been a MaidPro customer for two years. I normally don't write reviews, but one of our concerns when we first looked for a cleaning service was our animals, specifically our handicapped cat, Maverick, who is missing a back leg and can't use the other one very well, so he scoots everywhere he goes. Today, I had the pleasure of witnessing the maids, Maria and Fabiola, greet our special feline immediately when they arrived, give him lots of attention (he's a bit clingy), and overall be so caring, careful, and sweet to him. I felt like they were as excited to see him as he was them! I know this is a review for a cleaning service, not a pet sitter, but I truly was worried about how Maverick would be treated as he likes to follow people around and chase brooms. Not only did these two ladies do a spectacular job cleaning, like they always do, they put my mind at ease regarding our animals. We have been super happy with our maid service. Thank you!

This was my fourth cleaning with MaidPro and I am really pleased at how it is going. Breyauna was early and did a fantastic job. She was at ease with my dogs and was very pleasant to have in my home. I will be requesting her services from now on.

Jeanna has cleaned our home several times now and does an excellent job. We have dogs and we do not have to lock them up which makes them happy. We went to MaidPro because it is consistent. They call the night before and there is never a no show. Great service! :)

Maria has cleaned my house for the last couple of months. She takes very much pride in the work she does. We are very pleased to have her take care of our home as if it was hers. We could not have the family time we have without her. MaidPro always makes sure our house cleaning is to our satisfaction. We will be their customer for as long as our home is needing to be cleaned.
