Rafael &Eric came out today, they were able to find the issue with our heater. Unfortunately for them, this product was covered by the manufacturer warranty by Trane. Berkeys is a Lennox dealer. These two guys went above and beyond to help us find the warranty/models and help us get the help we needed and how to handle on getting this fixed with the original dealer who sold his business to another company. They were honest and they took time to help us.

Technician arrived within 1 hour of my call. He was fast in diagnosing the problem and fix it. The price seemed a bit high, but nowadays All prices are high. I am very pleased with the quick service and I will use the company again if in need

Prompt and expert response. Courtney Tate got our A/C system running immediately. Replaced what was broken and at a reasonable price. I recommend 100%!

We called The Home Depot we were referred to Berkeys for an estimate to add potentially a mini split to a sunroom and an upstairs bedroom after consulting with Allen the sales person he was able to come up with a solution that fit our needs much better at a much lower cost, we really appreciate his honesty and with providing options to best suit our needs. We look forward to using Berkeys in the future.

Nick Scarpinato was very knowledgeable and professional. Berkeys plumbing sent him out on the same day that I called them. Very friendly folks. I will always use them. It was a very pleasant experience!! Brent Bannister and his helper whose name I can't remember did a professional job of installing this hot water heater. I am very satisfied with the job.

Steven Johnson came to my home for a routine pre-winter checkup. Steven was exceptional on the service he provided. He was very courteous and professional. I had booked the service call through home Depot and at that time I scheduled a visit to my parents house as well. My Dad informed me that Steven was very courteous and respectful. Kudos to Steven and Berkeys.

Berkeys came recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I asked! Great service from both the plumbing and electrical teams, with HVAC to be serviced in another month. I very much appreciate that the dispatcher texts when the technician is on the way, you receive a photo of who is coming, and they show up when they say they will! Very professional and knowledgeable team members, and great service. I'm glad to have Berkeys on my side for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC in the future!

I recently had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday morning and was relieved to find Berkeys available when all other plumbers in the area were booked. Despite the short notice, they arrived promptly within two hours. Their quick response and professional service were exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Berkeys for anyone in Flower Mound facing urgent plumbing problems.

Matthew arrived on time, after hours, 8:30 PM on Thanksgiving Weekend to boot, and saved the day! My new pipe installed recently in the guest bathroom was leaking EVEN when we turned the water off at the street! Ruined my brand new vanity, and was leaking downstairs into my breakfast nook! I had bowls everywhere! Matthew explained what the problem was, provided the estimate if he was correct and another if more work was required. He was friendly, and efficient! The cost was incredibly reasonable in my opinion and Berkey's will be my go to for any plumbing, AC or electrical needs from now on! Thank you so much Matthew, I was a wreck yesterday! My son wasn't kidding when he called you our savior!!

Had our semi-annual air/heat inspection. They give you a window of the entire day which is sometimes inconvenient but we managed. They came at about 6 pm but it was fine because they were in contact with us all day with texts and phone calls letting us know they were late running that day. Their communication was greatly appreciated.
The service technician did an excellent job and was so polite and knowledgeable.😊

Our technician was Thomas Dudley. He is wonderful and very experienced.
Extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He gave us all the options, figured out the problem and repaired our toilet in no time. Highly recommend Thomas. He is great 👍

My wife and I were very satisfied with the electrical work provided by Bryan Garcia from Berkelys Electrical and will certainly recommend him for any electrical work..He replaced all the breakers, all the kitchen outlets, ran new power lines all by himself, constantly crawling in and out of the attic without taking any breaks from 9AM to 8:30PM. Bryan is very pleasant, upbeat, energetic and took the time to explain what the electrical issues were and how he would fix it. Good job Bryan, and Thank you.

I am a MVP Member which I strongly suggest you be a member of because of the advantages allowed you. I called Berkeys last night to say I had no hot water. The representative booked me for today. Berkeys called me 45 minutes prior to the plumber's arrival then sent an email with the plumber's photo and history with Berkeys. I say all this because this is important to me.

Now with the excellent service provided by the plumber. He checked out my water heater to learn the problem which was with the leak detection device closing the hot water valve to our townhouse. After checking several items it was determined that leak detection device needed to be replaced (the device was several years old). After replacing the device, the plumber made sure all was well with his remove and replace work. Now I have hot water, yea!!

Berkeys and tech named Kimball came and serviced my home. They inspected and serviced my HVAC unit. Kimball was professional but above all else patient and took the time to explain his observations and work. I chose the MVP plan which comes out to be just under $20/mth. Kimball went above and beyond. Thank you once again for servicing my home.

We have had problems with our master bath sinks draining slow; Eric came out and was able to trouble shoot with solid recommendations about our choices with solid estimates for our choices.. exact value added information to be able to make an informed decision. Thank you!

Alex arrived on schedule with a demeanor of kind and confident knowledge of how to fix the plumbing problem of concern. He did the testing and explained my options unhurriedly and completed the work in a timely manner
