Thank you Josh at Best Roofer Solar for providing us with great customer service throughout the entire process! My husband and I were concerned about choosing a roofing company due to all the horror stories you hear out there. Josh set the table for the entire process on our initial inspection and did exactly as promised. We will absolutely use BRS again in the future!

I just want to start by saying this was by far the best experience I’ve had and I’m very satisfied! Erick was awesome and professional when explaining everything to me and answered any questions I had with assurance. He made the process go smoothly from the first inspection all the way up to the installment of my new roof. So glad I chose best solar roofing and I’ll definitely recommend them!

Shawn McDonald is amazing at handling insurance claims! He made the entire process effortless for us. Best Roofer Solar came out to my house and did a thorough inspection on my home. They help me to call my insurance company. I had hail damages all over my roof gutters Fence two of my windows were broke and this company really take good care of me. They help me with the whole Insurance Process they walked me all the way through it process. Mark Richardson, the owner personally called me to check on the process of the job. He is a great guy and Josh was my project manager. I’ve had my roof redone 3 times in the last 8 years. The last two times I’ve used Mark Richardson at Best Roofer Solar. Mark was referred by a friend in the neighborhood and I am so thankful for the referral. Mark is professional and personable and keeps the project running smoothly. He knows the business and worked well with our insurance company, getting us all of the proper benefits. I like that he stays on top of the project, keeps things moving forward, and that he’s easy to talk to and easily accessible. My mortgage company has a whole process when it comes to insurance checks, it can be confusing and time consuming - he even handled that for us. Most importantly, the work is really good. I hope to not have to get a new roof anytime soon but it’s really nice to have someone I trust to handle it.
