Great experience working with CJ. Professionally dealt with my insurance company and addressed everything needed to replace my roof. 10/10 experience and cannot recommend them enough!

Hart Construction is the best in the business. We worked with CJ for an extended period of time because of issues with our insurance company. He was always quick to respond with multiple solutions to each issue that came up. He provided honest feedback and partnered with us throughout the whole process. It never felt like I was just a number with the team at Hart. It is evident they work with a spirit of excellence to truly serve their customers!

I noticed some leaking in our kitchen after we recently had a heavy downpour in our area. I contacted Hart Roofing and Construction in the evening, and I was able to set up a free inspection for the following day.

CJ came out the following day to inspect the roof. I expected that we would need major repair work done on our roof. But I was relieved to find out that our roof only needed some minor repair work. CJ also made some recommendations on some other minor work that needed to be done. I appreciated his honesty in only recommending necessary repairs.

The foreman came out the next day to make the repair and to complete the other work. He was courteous, professional, and he finished the work quickly. I appreciated that he showed me pictures of the completed work after he finished.

I highly recommend using Hart Roofing and Construction if you need any work done on your roof. They are a part of the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas. a trade group that "is committed to promoting ethics, education and the image of the Texas roofing industry through the actions of its members." I found them to be an honest and reliable company, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again if I have any issues again with my roof.

Great experience! Communication was efficient and timely. We knew exactly what to expect along the way in the process, all the way up to the day our new roof started. Crew was great, catered to our dogs when they needed out, and left our home clean! Would highly recommend!

CJ and the entire team at Hart Construction are top in their field. Jonathan runs the company with the utmost integrity. I never had to question anything I was told or any work that was done. Communication was timely and consistent; they showed up when expected. After all roof repairs were completed, CJ did a thorough inspection to make sure the work was done according to Hart Construction standards. This is the company to trust for all your roofing needs!

This company is the epitome of professionalism. CJ made at least 6 trips to our home to meet with adjusters that were determined to deny us full coverage. CJ overcame every objection. Hart also provided all the samples, colors, and technical information we needed to convince a reluctant HOA to allow us to change colors and use a very high grade shingle. Finally, the install was top-notch and has little upgrades that are noticeable compared to our affluent neighbors' homes. Thank you, CJ and Hart.

We sustained serious hail damage to our home and tried Hart based off of a friend’s recommendation. They were incredibly easy to work with and always took our concerns and requests as the most important guidance. The teams they sent were friendly and very skilled. They handled all aspects of our restoration and made sure the quality of work was to our satisfaction at all times. When we had concerns about the color of paint that was used, they immediately corrected the problem and the crews even worked on Sunday (their only day off) to repaint the house. I can’t praise them enough regarding their work quality and customer service. Next storm (and there will be one), they will be the first call I make.

Outstanding experience particularly with CJ who is a former insurance adjuster. Because of this he was the right person to work with our insurance company. He went to bat for us in convincing our insurer to replace our existing high impact shingle roof damaged in a hail storm with a similar product for the replacement. roof. Hart kept us continually informed throughout the entire project. You will not go wrong by using Hart Roofing and Construction!!!!

After the initial inspection, Hart handled the claim process with our insurance company, including successfully negotiating items that our insurance was not going to initially cover. CJ and his team were excellent! He came highly recommended to us from a friend and he did not disappoint. The quality of work on our roof replacement, gutter replacement, and garage door replacement from a severe hail storm was fantastic. He guided is through the entire claims process and his team even found and corrected problems from the original roof installation on our house. CJ made sure that every detail of the work was done correctly from the protection of our house to the final clean up once the work was finished. In the time since the roof was complete, we have yet to find a single roofing nail left behind in the yard. We have already recommended Hart Roofing & Construction to multiple friends and family.
