We switched to Noah's Pool Service about 4 months ago and wish we had done so earlier. Their quality of service is exceptional and the range of options for typical cleaning and maintenance is great.

They quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with our vacuum on the first visit and have been providing proactive recommendations to replacing components on our aging system without high-pressure sales or upselling (paraphrasing: "We found this issue. We have a temporary fix, but you'll need to consider replacing it soon since it's 22 years old.").

Finally, their customer service is top-notch. I have no issues calling if I have questions and have always gotten a quick response. I'm normally a "mercenary" when it comes to services, but I think we are going to stick with Noah's for a long time. Thank you!

I have been using Noah's pool service for over a year now, with positive results. They text each week before arriving, update the maintenance card, and leave the pool sparkling clear. When a piece of my equip failed last month, they came to the rescue with an affordable quote with options and had it fixed in no time after my approval. If your looking for a quality pool cleaning company, that communicates, is honest, and keeps the water sparkling clear year round....Noah's the one!!!

We have used Noah's Pool Service for many years now. We have been very pleased with their high level of customer service. They are very responsive and professional. The office staff is great at communicating with billing and other administrative items. They almost always get back with us same day via email or phone call.
The technicians are very knowledgeable and perform great work. Our techs also call ahead before each visit to let us know they will be arriving soon. One of the best things we like about Noah's are the blast voicemails that we receive regularly with tips on how to deal with upcoming weather, changes to billing, changes to service day, etc. Again, their service and level of communication is outstanding!

We have just started using Noahs Pool Service about a month ago. Amber at the office was so helpful and kind. She made the set up process super simple. Our Technician Gavin has done a wonderful job as well. Great communication and takes his time to make sure things are done right. It is so much appreciated! Well Done!

I have been using Noah's Pool Service for about 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. My water has never looked so clear. They are the experts on pool chemistry! I love receiving texts from them letting me know they are on the way so I can make sure my pets are inside. I highly recommend this company. You can tell they really do care. We enjoyed our experience with Noah's pool service. They always kept our pool levels managed well and were very quick to communicate via email or telephone call if there was any additional needs. They did our weekly maintenance, replaced our filter and parts, and connected us with helpful contractors to help us with our pool needs!

4/26 - Updating review again. Xavier's exceptional pool tech skills and outstanding customer service abilities were the sole reasons I decided to continue my association with this company. Following the incident on April 23, Xavier reached out to me to understand the issues. He immediately reassured me of his commitment to resolving the issues to maintain my patronage. He personally undertook the task of restarting the pool, even going the extra mile to vacuum the dirt and sand. Post completion, he called to follow up with me to confirm the completion of the task and ascertain my satisfaction. Despite the less than satisfactory service from others in the office, Xavier graciously waived off the pool restart charges. I hope other office employees will emulate Xavier's exemplary customer service, involving listening to the customer, providing solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Kudos to Xavier, who undoubtedly deserves a generous raise from Noah!!

4/23 - Updating review given the customer service received recently from the front office. Last week, on Thursday, I asked for a tech to come out and perform a pool restart as a result of draining my pool recently due to tile work that was done. I was informed a tech could come out the following Monday and treat the pool. A tech failed to show up and service the pool on Monday. I called and spoke with a manager named Vanessa and she informed me that it would be $250 for the restart and a lead tech would be out the next day, on Tuesday, to do the work. I was shocked because the other person that I spoke with, the Thursday prior, neglected to mention the price of this service. Vanessa agreed to a $50 credit in order to retain me as a customer and scheduled a lead tech to arrive the next day. No tech arrived and when I called the office to find out what happened, the rep essentially couldn't help schedule the tech and provided the excuse that they were waiting for authorization from me which was completely inaccurate. Vanessa was unavailable to assist and the rep says "I don't have a dog in this fight so I can't do anything for you". I asked if she was employed by Noah's Pool Service, to which she replied "yes". I promptly said then, ma'am I believe you do have a dog in this fight. Amelia promised to have someone contact me tomorrow to discuss the matter. Certainly not holding my breath and currently shopping for a new pool company.

The best in TX! We have been with Noah’s ever since we moved here from Utah and we absolutely love it! Today, we happened to be sitting eating lunch when Yoel showed up to clean the pool. He went above and beyond, being meticulous with the details and made our pool look fantastic for our gathering this weekend. We cannot recommend Noah’s highly enough!

I had the best experience with Noah’s pool service. They lived up to all the services promised. My pool technician Nate was great and he not only serviced pool but shared some great grilling recipes with me as well. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. If I resume or need pool services in the future; Noah’s pool service can count me in as a returning customer.

I have been very pleased with Noah's pool service. My primary tech has been Dayne and he has done a terrific job! He is consistent with when he comes, always texts to let me know he is on his way, and does a great job in caring for my pool and reporting any issues he notes. I have very much appreciated the service offered, as well as the service when I have to all the office about anything.

Noah’s pool team is awesome. They’ve been servicing my pool for over a year now. Daniel is our pool tech and is so wonderful. The time and effort he puts into maintaining the pool is incredible. The office team is just as awesome. They keep you informed on any changes or delays, which are not many and Shelly is amazing. I would highly recommend Noah’s to anyone who has a pool.

I have been with Noah’s Pool Service a few years and my pool has always been well maintained and extremely clean. The technicians are very knowledgeable, professional and have no problem with addressing any concerns I may have. The entire staff is super friendly, professional and provide 5 Star customer service. I had the pleasure working with Amber to secure my pool's maintenance agreement with Noah's Pool Service. Amber was a consummate professional and an absolute joy to work with. If it was not for her great demeanor, I would have gone elsewhere for my services. The prices were right for the services they offer. I shopped around initially but returned quickly to Noah's who had the best price for what I was looking for. I am a first-time pool owner and now I do not have to worry about its maintenance because I will have the best doing it for me. It is a great peace of mind not having to worry if I am doing it right and leaving it up to the experts to do what they do best. I look forward to many years with Noah's. My pool Tech Andrew Maue is amazing. He communicates clearly, he’s friendly & knowledgeable. I travel a lot for work, I always get pictures and details of my pool sent to me weekly. Additionally, anytime I call Noah’s Pool their customer service representatives are always nice.
