We had a dryer that wasn't heating well so I took a chance and called Eagle Eye Appliance Repair. Every person I talked to communicated very clearly how much everything would be and when it would get fixed. They were able to send someone out the same day. I appreciated that there was a message of around when the repair person would come before they came. Reggie was very knowledgeable and went straight to work. He told me that he was able to find someone locally to get the part. Fortunately, he was able to find the part in his car! So within an hour he diagnosed and fixed our dryer. I highly recommend this company!

Reggie with Eagle Eye Appliance repair came out to fix our very old washer. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job fixing us up and would recommend him and the company in the future.

I am extremely pleased with the customer service I received here! I needed two televisions mounted and Reggie arrived on time and got both of my TVs up in what seemed like no time. He was extremely polite and professional and my install was flawless. Would definitely recommend and use this service again in the future!

Reggie with Eagle Eye is outstanding! He came out here, checked everything and knew exactly what was going on and helped me understand why I was having my issue. I had to call them after I had another appliance repair company do a terrible job on this, and not even diagnose the problem. If you’re going to use an appliance repair company, please make sure you use a reputable company like Eagle Eye.

I would highly recommend Eagle Eye Appliance! They called and got my appointment set up very quickly. My technician Reggie was very polite. He also was very knowledgeable of the problem I was having. He explained everything to me and how I could avoid having this problem again. He even cleaned up after the repair and that I APPRECIATE!!

I have no complaints at all. The service is good and the technician is professional, knowledgeable and polite. This is the second time I have used them through a warranty company and both times have been great. I will be using them outside warranty calls too.

One of the burners of my stove top was not working & Reggie came out & fixed the problem in no time. He was very efficient and knew his stuff. He walked me through everything he did and even gave tips on troubleshooting the issue if it happened again. Super nice guy. I would definitely recommend this company & if possible, ask for Reggie. You won’t be disappointed!

I had a fantastic experience with Eagle Eye Appliance Repair. Martin, the technician who came out to my home in Tomball, TX, was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my wall oven and had it repaired in no time. He also kept me informed throughout the process, explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I really appreciated the clear communication and the quality of the service. Highly recommend both Eagle Eye and Martin for any appliance repair needs!

Contracted through my home warranty company, Reggie did an amazing job and went above and beyond to fix my refrigerator!

During the initial diagnosis Reggie was quick to accurately convey the issues and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why.

On the day of repairs, Reggie showed up on time and got to work quickly. Because he believes in getting the job done right the first time, he ended up manually refabricating many connections beyond just what was needed for the quoted repairs including some not originally diagnosed.

All in all, using old school methods instead of cheap shortcuts (which are what created this issue in the first place) Reggie committed for 8 hours to carefully fix every issue and left my fridge running as good as new!

If you believe in the all but gone practices of good customer service, hard work, and honestly then you should choose Eagle Eye for all of your repair needs!

Mr Reggie did a wonderful job from the first day of coming out and assessing the problem and coming back a few days later and actually fixing the problem! Much appreciated and I give him 6 stars for professionalism, communication, clarity , and completion of the job in a fantastic fashion!

My refrigerator stop cooling at the top. Freezer was still freezing, so I called Eagle Eye Appliance Repair & they sent Martin out the same day. He was very professional, & full of knowledge about my refrigerator.He was able to find the problem and fix it the same day at a very fair price. I will be using this company to make repairs on all my rental properties in the future.
