I’ve been using this appliance Royal facility for a little over two years. Great service prompt delivery of parts. Would recommend to anybody. Keep it up.

This place is great. We have not needed them for several years but when our electric LG dryer started making a horrible noise, we knew who to call.

I called on a Tuesday morning and Patrick was out by the same afternoon. He was prompt, friendly, and identified the issue quickly. He put the parts needed on order and let us know we would get a call when they were in. We received a call 2 days later (Thursday) to schedule the parts installation that afternoon. Patrick was on time and completed the repair.

The charge was reasonable, and we appreciate the prompt service.

I contacted Royal Appliance about dryer repair. They diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and without any fluff.

Have been using this company for personal and work related appliance repairs. Austin came to repair our GE microwave. Professional and courteous. I am very pleased with their work. Will recommend Royal Appliance.

Royal Appliance is an excellent service provider! We had a broken Jenn-Air double oven and originally used another provider to diagnose. Unfortunately the part ordered was incorrect. Javier, the technician from Royal Appliance, immediately diagnosed the issue properly. He went above/beyond...finding the means to refab the relay panel (since older unit) and then he came the day before Thanksgiving to fix the unit. Fortunately we were able to host Thanksgiving and make excellent use of the dual oven due to his excellent work! Thank you Royal Appliance.

Patrick is the best! He is so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very competent. He waited for me so kindly when I was held up at an appointment and running late. Patrick and everyone at Royal Appliance are so great, very accommodating, nice, and always do a professional job. They’re the best service company I have had the pleasure of working with throughout many years.

Royal Appliance handled some warranty work on a washing machine that I purchased at Lowe's. They were excellent with communication, scheduling, and status updates. I haven't yet tried to use the washing machine because it was just delivered back to me yesterday, but if their repair work is as good as their communication, I have no doubt it will be working fine. I will update this review if not.

Responded to my request for service in a very timely manner and Austin was great!

Tim is wonderful, he was on time, very professional, caring, honest and a good listener to his customer. Not only did he have the part that was necessary, available. He made suggestions regarding the job and when complete made some adjustments with the dishwasher door to help it close and operate better.
Thank You Royal Appliance for your Services from the first phone call, the availability of a Technician (Tim), the appointment confirmation and the phone call when the Tech was arriving. It's good to see a Great Company serving our Great Community.

My husband and I had a great experience with Courtney from Royal Appliances on Spring Cypress Road. We have a gas oven that was not working. She was able to diagnose the problem and fix it. She represents Royal Appliance very well. We give her a 10+. Thank you Courtney for being so pleasant so knowledgeable.

Good morning they were so helpful and pleasant it was fast and nice and affordable thank you so much for the awesome service .

Our built-in microwave door was broken and we could not remove the microwave from the trim kit or the trim kit from the cabinet. The door had to be open to remove the trim kit. Courtney was able to get the door open, trim kit removed and microwave out from the cabinet! I was thinking we were going to have to cut into our cabinets to remove the microwave but she was awesome in solving our problem. We are very happy and would recommend royal for your appliance needs.

Just had Royal Appliance repair change out an ice maker that was acting up. Courtney was my technician. They were very professional, accommodated my schedule, showed up on time and did the repair quickly. I generally have high expectations and this group met them all. Will be using again!

So my daughter broke the washer door because she was being sassy. I’m a handy woman so I took the panel and covering off in the area where she broke a piece and looked on Amazon for the part. I didn’t want to wait or order the wrong piece so I googled an appliance parts store and boom… ROYAL Appliance came up! I was able to give the parts number/model number and they checked the inventory and didn’t have that exact part but they offered to order the part. One of the ladies in the office went and picked up the part and they called to let me know it was there and ready for pick up. I was able to replace and reassemble the washer and it’s like brand new! Amazing service! Thank you for your willingness to help!

I had repairs done on my ice-maker in my kitchen freezer and also on my clothes dryer.
Quick response on the phone, I was able to get an appointment within just a few days, technician (Courtney) showed up on time, was efficient and provided a quote for approval before work was done. Not thrilled with the price, but Courtney performed quality work and I believe the price is in line with the going rate today. I definitely recommend Royal Appliance Parts & Service for appliance work.

We've used Royal Appliance for years and years. The service, results, quality, follow-up, are all top-notch and all get 5-stars from us. Royal is the only company that we use. Tim is our favorite.

Part I needed was not in stock. They ordered the part and it was available in three hours.
