Fast, professional, and dependable—Nexus Electrical gets the job done right every time!

John was professional and on time. Finished the job in a day and was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He always kept me informed about what he was doing, and provided excellent advice. I'll need more things done later, and I won't hesitate to use Nexus Electrical again.

The staff at Nexus Electrical has been more than exceptional, I am a 6x repeat customer, they have wired my home & business with everything from surveillance cameras to electrical panels. Nexus Electrical is truly a company of companies I will always hire them.

I believe God sent me an angel when he sent Zack from Nexus Electrical to my house. The service was professional it was quick and there was compassion and empathy for what the customer was going through I can't sing the Praises High Enough. I had an old brass chandelier in my 2 story foyer replaced. The guys did a great job of making sure it was the right height & light was symmetrical. They were knowledgeable, efficient & the completed job met expectations. I would recommend Nexus Electrical company and use them again, if needed.

Fabulous experience. The electrician they sent to my job was friendly and highly skilled. He was professional and kept me posted the entire time, educating me on best choices and easily earned my trust with his knowledge. While everyone there was good to deal with, I can honestly say he’s the primary reason I will recommend and reuse Nexus Electrical again!

After having another electrician unable to fix my problem and show up at agreed upon times, I called Nexus Electrical. They were wonderful. Came at the agreed time, called before to remind me, then called to say the technician was on the way.. Zack knew what he was doing and fixed the problem much better than it had ever been in record time.. Very fair pricing and great customer service. I would recommend Nexus Electrical to anyone!! They know what they are doing!!

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. The Electrician, Zack, was on time as per prior planned appointment and worked hard. He got straight to work and found the problem immediately. I used to use neighborhood electricians that were independent and friends but they all retired or their kids who they handed down the business to retired and the next generation didn't continue the business. I am lucky that I found Nexus Electrical. I am definitely going to recommend them to friends and family and will use them in the future as needed.

Nexus Electrical is by far the best home service provider that I have ever worked with. They were prompt, reliable, and very knowledgeable. They thoroughly explained all of options for adding lighting to our new home, and they were able to install recessed lights that completely changed the look and feel of our family room. Tech even followed up after completing the work to make sure that we were 100% satisfied with the work. Nexus Electrical is awesome and I would highly recommend using them for any electrical need.

I have been trying to get my estimated emailed to me for 5 days now so I can send into my insurance company after lighnting struck my house but they haven't I have called once a day but to no avail.

After reserving the same-day afternoon appointment during the early morning, we were called 1.5 hours later and told the technician may not be able to make it due to issues at another job, but would try. So I started looking for another same-day appointment. However the technician called and said he should be able to make it that day, so I stopped. Two hours later he calls again to say he won't make it.
Regarding cost, we had to pay Nexus $125 service fee which I was told covered the investigative work, and then we would get a quote for whatever work may need to be done. But when the technician got there, we learned he was contracted by Nexus and we had to pay his company another $250 for him to figure out the issue with some of our outlets. So the service fee to Nexus essentially only gets the guy to your house and nothing else, so it's more of a markup since they contract out the work. So in the end, we paid $375 for him to tighten some outlets.
Also, he tracked dirt throughout the house.
