I have been using R Pools now for almost 3 years and have been very pleased with their service. If there are any issues they are quick to respond. Chris is very helpful and attentive, and takes the time to explain any possible problems. Any needed repair work has been reasonable and completed in a timely manner. I do recommend this company.

Our first experience with R Pools, will definitely not be our last! Suction line air leaks rendered our pump inoperative, R Pools sent an expert, Ismael, who re-plumbed the suction piping including three new valves and some tough underground connections. In the 12 years we've been in the house, the pump had never run this well. 5-stars well-earned, thanks.

We love this company! John has been doing a great job cleaning weekly and Raymond was a very helpful tech when our system was hit by lighting. The lady I talked to this morning was amazing, and gave me the help I needed right away. We love these people! Highly recommend them.

R Pools has been taking care of my pool for almost 20 years. They handled all the repairs after Ike both functional and cosmetic. Always great service with a special attention to detail and being thorough. Two very important things in my opinion. The techs know what to do and when to do it. All the equipment is maintained on a regular schedule and the pool is always an inviting, beautiful, sparkling blue.

What a great experience! I am such a picky person, so finding a pool company I felt I could trust was awful. I google searched and came across R POOLS. With a leap of faith and an amazing Ismael I found a company I can trust and highly recommend! Ismael is extremely knowledgeable and such a kind genuine human being. A breath of fresh air! Thank you for making our pool look new again after Hurricane Beryl trashed it.

We have been using R Pools for over 3 years for weekly cleanings and occasional pool repairs. Rodney is reliable, professional, and does and outstanding job maintaining our pool. He always takes his time and is always willing to answer any questions we have. We look forward to his visits because he is very friendly and has become apart of the family.

The freeze affected our pump and there have been issues with our heater. R Pools responded quickly to my calls and was doing the repairs faster than expected.

We have had major repairs to our pool equipment over two days
for damage caused by a falling tree during hurricane Beryl. Ismail at R Pools was fantastic working in 100 degree heat and meticulously getting on with it. This was followed by a thorough drain and clean. I would 100% recommend R-Pools!

Great experience using R pools for a maintenance and repair job. I would suggest asking for a cane. He's by far the best pool repair technician I've ever had out here.

Have used these folks for almost a couple years now for their regular pool maintenance service and have been very happy with the service. I also just had them replace a failed pump and Ismael did a fantastic job throughout the whole process. He was the tech who gave the quote and fulfilled the work and I couldn’t be happier with the result. This same tech has also worked on my system in the past and I am always happy with his work!

I had a pump fail last year and I originally got a quote from them but ended up going with another guy who was “cheaper”. Well I got what I paid for and less then a year later that pump failed and there was no warranty on the part or labor, unlike R Pool’s 3-year warranty. Wish I had chosen R Pools the first time around!

I started using R Pools when we moved to The Woodlands in February. This is the 4th pool I’ve owned and I’ve always serviced the pools myself. R Pools is a much better option. Colby does an excellent job every week and points out any issues with my pool or equipment. I highly recommend them and Colby is a great guy to talk to about pools in general.

We moved into our together home and my go to pool company has been R pools from my previous house for repairs. The new pool is larger and more complicated so I started using them for weekly service. Lucky I got Colby, he is always upbeat and answers any of questions, pool looks great.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with R Pools, and I can’t thank Ashlynn enough for making our day so much brighter! We were having a pretty rough day when we reached out, and Ashlynn’s customer service completely turned things around. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Her positivity and warmth were so infectious, and by the end of our conversation, our entire mood had shifted from frustration to pure happiness. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers like Ashlynn does, and I can confidently say that she is a gem at R Pools! We absolutely signed up!

There are so many different pool servicing companies in the area, it's hard to know who will do a good job. I initially used another pool service that did have over100 five star reviews only to find out the reviews were not legitimate and the company was not trustworthy with poor customer service in addition to retaliation/harassment for posting a neg review on them. I was referred to R Pools by some colleagues and clients of mine, I can honestly say this is a superb pool cleaning company. If you need repairs.. CW is your guy. From scheduling to communication, this company did not disappoint. Ty R Pools for being reliable, honest, and providing excellent service.

I have been a client of R Pools for several years, using them for repairs of equipment. It has been my pleasure to always have Ismael come to my home, diagnose and repair numerous components, most recently the heater and two actuators. Ismael is concerned about electrical/gas safety and damage that can result to property when a job is done improperly. He is great with explaining issues, offering solutions, showing up on time and working hard to complete the job. I will continue to call R Pools and can recommend them without hesitation. I will also continue to ask for Ismael to come to my home when possible. He is extremely knowledgeable and a great technician. Thanks for another job well done.

This is in my opinion the best company I have ever worked for. I've been in the industry 22 years. Currently own and operate my own pool company that I modeled identically to Rpools because the method of pool care is the best. The service technicians that repair equipment are the best I've encountered. The team Brandon Rumble assembles are paid well (I know made 40k my last year as a pool cleaner). You will be hard pressed to find a better outfit to clean or repair your pool. I'm not Bsing I ran a franchise location for a new business owner and I will gladly tell you to keep away from Pinch A Penny, Texsun, Leslie's do I need to say more? I hope this honest review helps you make an informed decision 😉

RJ’s came out and did a filter cleaning. On time and the communication was excellent. Did a great job at a reasonable price. The technician “CW” was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended

Just switched to R pools and needed a pump repair. Kain was prompt, very professional and did an excellent job. Also provided tips I was unaware of. Excellent job doing the repair, this is the only gentleman working on my pool from here on in!!!

From the first phone call requesting help with a green pool filled with leaves, this company has been professional and courteous. They came when they said they would and their employee, Ismael worked extremely hard to drain and clean this pool. Hauling heavy leaf debris and power washing the pool and surrounding rocks was an all day job and when he was done, the pool area looked amazing. Ismael was also very knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to call the “home office” when he needed additional information. I highly recommend this company.

I run a summer camp and often need help with my pools. R pools has the best technicians I have ever worked with. Kain Allen is very knowledgeable and polite. Because of them I will be able to relax by my pool this summer. Thank you Mr Kain!!
