Best service arrived on time and cleaned really good even though I was keep asking if that’s not too much or normal routine work. I bought basic spring cleaning special for $99. And she cleaned my whole 2200 sq feet house with no issues left smiling. I am being calling my friends and family about it. I love the time she spends in cleaning. Changed all my bedsheets 4 beds total. Dusting fans 4 in total and dusting furniture and wiping them. Vacuum all rooms including game room and sweep and mop kitchen and living room plus 3 bathrooms.
I was keep asking about the price and if this all includes because it’s too good to be true I even told her that 😊
Already scheduled for next time in three weeks.

Royal Cleaning Services have been my go to cleaning company. The property manager always does a great job cleaning my house thoroughly every visit. They're reliable and have reasonable pricing, especially for the quality of service.

I hired this company to do a “move in” clean just prior to listing our house for sale. They did an amazing job. The baseboards shined. The blinds and window sills were cleaned. They exceeded my expectations and most definitely deserve this good review. Thanks Royal Cleaning!

I first hired them a couple of years ago to do deep cleanings and then took a hiatus with cleaning services in general. When I was ready to start services again I tried a few other referrals but wasn’t pleased with the quality or attention to detail. They also seemed to rush the maintenance of regular areas. So I decided to come back to Royal Cleaning and have been very pleased with their quality of work. They take their time even for routine cleaning and the staff has been very pleasant.

The cleaning itself was good; however my appointment was set for 1:00, the person didn’t arrive until 2:45. When I called to inquire about the delay I was told that 1:00 appointment are given and hour to an hour and a half arrival window (I was not told that initially). Also, when I made the appointment I was told there would be at least two people cleaning, only one came. She explained they were short staffed that week and that’s why she was alone and running behind.

Because it ended up being late she didn’t get to clean my entire downstairs (we told her she didn’t have to at that point we had started eating dinner as it was getting late.)

We have decided to give this company a second chance based off of the job the person who cleaned did. She was very meticulous in how she cleaned and I appreciated that. Hopefully after our experience, next go round, I can give 5 stars.

Had a deep clean that a lot of spots were missed. Fiancée and I noticed things and thought we’d take care of it. Almost 2 hours in we realized the cleaners hadn’t even touched inside the toilet or the showers. We just got a new home and needed it cleaned and it was a very poor job. Granted, the folks did come back to fix a few problem spots but honestly the overall quality of it was really poor. My fiancée and I ended up doing most of the cleaning and we were left wondering why we even spent money for this service at all.

Just to confirm, this was the company and I have the invoice. I just didn't sign up through my google account, which I am leaving the review from.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I scheduled a cleaning - deep clean. They did NOT do the service as requested, but they still charged me. First of all, person assigned to cleaning my house showed up over 2 hours late. Almost 3 hours late - in the afternoon. I told her to just do the regular cleaning as it was too late and we had to leave to go somewhere that evening. She said that would not be a problem. In the next day or so, I received the invoice for the deep clean amount. I immediately emailed Royal Cleaning and explained the situation. I received an email back stating that they would issue another invoice with the correct amount. Never received the correct invoice, but I did receive two more emails/reminders with the original amount. I replied back both instances stating it was not correct. Never received a response again. Nor did they answer when called. Over a month later, they charged my card the amount for the deep clean. Despite stating they would send the invoice with the corrected amount. I will be disputing with my bank. I have proof that they stated they would send the correct amount.

Their staff came in at 3pm for 1pm appointment. She was alone and already over worked. She mentioned cleaning 3 story house alone before our appointment. Not to say she was already very tired. She started with good work upstairs but did a very bad job downstairs. Toilets, bathroom were not cleaned properly or not at all cleaned,
I am not sure. Her vacuum cleaner also broke down in middle. When I messaged owner about this, she didn’t even bother to reply. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend them to anyone.
They are short on staff and making employees work more than they should. So, you will get a lousy job done.

If you want someone to hang out in your house and move some things around and leave- this is your place! I can’t find a single thing that was “cleaned”. She came Friday at 9am and Monday at 1pm they want to offer the “24 hour guarantee” to make it right. I’ve been trying to reach them since Friday. Now my family is all in town and I’ve been trying to get things done since she left. And they still tried to make me pay over half the cost. Nope. 👎 Never again. Deep clean is what I requested and I can’t even find anything she wiped down.

Crew came out and used an unapproved cleaner on our floors, leaving them hazy and greasy. The crew knew about the condition of the floors, apologized, and left anyway. Called the office and had someone come back out to redo the floors. They brought the same cleaner and left the floors in the same condition. The last few times we’ve used this company, they either bring horrible supplies that don’t do the job, or ask to use ours. The quality of their work has really gone down.
