I am very thankful that I called Anchor AC. The customer experience was amazing. Martin was very helpful over our call, and he connected us with a licensed and professional HVAC technician. My overall experience was very positive and smooth — Martin from Anchor AC to HVAC contractor to professional installation. I was able to get next day installation and now we are cooling. Pricing is very competitive as we took 3 bids, but our service technician provided by Anchor was very professional and explained AC to us in lame n terms. Installation was all completed within 1 day, and they cleaned up after they were finished. Overall A+ experience thru and thru.
