Jeff and C installed a new unit for me they went above and beyond on installing process and keeping me informed as they progress during job they were very respectful and cleaned up after job was done and answered all my questions also made sure I understood how everything work and function as well before they left they deserve a 10 star rating

From start to finish Team Enoch was amazing. I was able to purchase with confidence, organize the installation quickly caring about our situation, and during the install the men doing the work were professional and knew the answers to all my questions (and a few I hadn’t even thought to ask). After that, they followed up to check on everything! AMAZING!

Team Enoch was quick with replying with my AC issue. Marcello came out and was kind, patient and respectful. My AC has been working fine and I definitely recommend Team Enoch!

Zack was tech assigned to my problem, Found problem very quick, answered all questions, great attitude. Told me his plan , changed configuration some, explained why, got my ok. Have used this company before never had any problems with service, always on time. No complaints at all, will continue using them for HVAC, plumbing, electrical. They get A 10 in my book. People answering phones pleasure to work with.

I wanted to get my Aircon replaced. 3 Tr central AC. They offered better market price.
Cameron answered all my question patiently (almost 40 mnts on call). Suggested a good option to suit my needs.
Aida followed up with down payment and to confirm installation schedule.
They kept me informed about the installation/ reminding in advance.
Their team came spot on time for installation (6 am) and finished installing the outdoor and indoor units by 10.30 am. Professional and courteous team of 3 - Daniel, Edward and Victor.

I called for them to come out and give me an estimate for repair /replace copper pipe from hot water heater. They were the second estimate I received, so they looked over problem, explained what they could do to fix problem gave me the estimate (was well below first quote I got). They said they were prepared to do the job. I approved and within 2 hours everything was up and working great. They were very professional and courteous. I don't believe I could have found a lower price. I would definitely recommend them to others and will call them again if needed

Requested assistance for 240 electrical outlet from multiple companies via an app. Enoch was calling before I could put the phone down from the inquiry. They gave me same day service and volunteered their hourly rate. Tech ran late from previous appointment but kept me updated and showed up despite somewhat late hour - after 5 pm. Job took around an hour. Tech was self sufficient and polite. Would recommend.

Kayw was awesome! I got a routine maintenance and he checked everything. He showed me pictures of everything and put everything back. He was knowledgeable and helpful with questions i had.
