Awesome service

Great company

Great company and staff!

Hands down, amazing company with knowledgeable and friendly service!

Ok. They are the best because they did a good job and sent me cookies!

Absolutely amazing...technicians extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Would highly recommend this company!

I had a positive experience with this company. They provided prompt and professional service at a fair price!

I am extremely pleased with the services that your company provides me, how much those guys know about how to fix my AC uni, Danny and Canon.

I had a great experience from April answering the phone and providing detailed information to Nate coming out and getting me back up and running! And, I wasn't over charged.

Thermal Heating and Cooling takes care of their customers. If they can come out right away they do or at least some point in the day! Their guys know what they are talking about and get the job done right away.

THC is the best AC company around. They are so quick to respond, eager to please and affordable. The best thing is seeing that 100's of other people agree when they recommend them on FB, too!

Great company that provides extremely fast and thorough service! I have referred multiple clients to them and they all call me raving about this company. So appreciate for the staff that help make it happen!

Got my yearly AC check done. Guys came in with great custmer service and were considerate throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We love, love, love THC. They are quick to respond and have the best customer service. Frank is honest and dependable and will let you know if a repair is not necessary.

While I did not use them this time around I was very impressed with their communication and responsiveness. Everything about them screamed professional. Also based on experiences of friends who have used this business I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Referred to by former owner of our home - called about upstairs furnace not coming on. Talked to Frank -- within 2 hours sent out a technician Cannon that was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite.

You can always get reliable and honest repairs when you use Thermal Heating & Cooling. I've used them a lot of times for personal and business AC work. Highly recommend them!

Man these guys were phenomenal. They found a way to get us taken care of today even without all of the equipment on site that they probably needed to make the job easier on themselves . Price was extremely fair and straightforward. Definitely calling them the next time i need anything .

Been using Thermal heating and cooling for regular maintenance and upgrades as they are close by. Usually i do not write reviews however i have to shout out Frank's exceptional customer service and concert for their customers. God bless you all, and thanks again for all that you do!

I asked the neighborhood for recommendations for A/C repair. The first place I called said they'd get back to me and the second was booked for the day. THC was the 3rd one on my list, and when I called they offered to send a technician over immediately. Because I was at work, I asked for a later appointment and they set it for my preferred time. Danny arrived on time and immediately knew the problem. They'll be my first call next time, for sure!

I highly recommend Thermal Heating and Cooling. They replaced our outdoor unit and were great about giving us options with varying price points and advice on what we really needed and we should look at beyond that. We felt they were fair and honest. The last time we had to have AC work done, we went with a different company and felt horribly taken advantage of and overcharged. We were so relieved to find Thermal this time and will not go anywhere else in the future.
