Built this pavilion for our garden which we love to use on a regular basis

JR & Dayra are an extremely hard working couple who is doing an amazing job running a very reliable landscaping company. You’ll never have to worry about them following through with their work. They always will.

Custom Scapes has done several projects inside and outside our house. Including building a beautiful pavilion and fire pit in our garden. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable and are passionate about your project. They come highly recommended and on top of that they are super nice people to work with.

Love this company so much! They have always been professional and honest with us. We’ve been very happy with how committed they are to customer satisfaction! Always enjoy working with them!

JR was a project manager for another company and we fell in love with him and his whole family. We have known him for years now with all the work he has done for us. He is a true Christian man first. He integrity is outstanding and kind man who is a perfectionist in all he does. I can't tell you anything he cannot get done or design he has done it all with so much experience and years under his belt. He is your one stop shop for all work needed to be done. His yard designs are amazing and he thinks of things we didn't think of and offers so many options. Something that is hard to find anywhere now a days. He truly cares about his work and his employees and the families he works for. He instantly becomes your go to person for so much. In his own Company today, we have used him for fixing all kinds of outdoor issues, due to age, storms, or changes we wanted done, as well as indoor issues from our original builder! He was able to keep everything the same to the house that doesn't look like an add on or afterthought in his work. He has reputable sources he works with and he is able to get jobs done in a very timely manner with all his connections. Beautiful work is always the end result. He is Beloved and Trusted by us and so many, you won't be disappointed. He is very fair in price and upfront to show you with no surprises at the end. You cannot go wrong with Custom Scapes. No job is too big or too small and his workers are clean and meticulous about protecting your home while they work and they show up always on time. I love how JR shows up to oversee jobs if he isn't working them himself to make sure it is done exactly as planned and he stays in constant contact with you daily and if you need him, he is always a phone call away and gets back to you promptly. He has been a life saver in our home for so much and whom I would call a friend after the times we have spent with him. You too will fall in love with his work and him, GUARANTEED! Thank God for you JR. May God bless you for all you are and do for others.

JR and his team are outstanding! They've done multiple projects at our house over the past few years and I will continue to call them back out whenever I need anything built.

I had Custom Scapes build an outdoor kitchen on my 4th floor balcony. JR and his team did a great job! JR provided his cell phone and kept me updated throughout the process. The finished product can put amazing! I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend JR and Custom Scapes!

My patio kitchen area & cabinetry, which was not fireproof nor very sturdy was demolished and rebuilt. The new construction is superb and it all looks great. Owner JR is very hands-on and an excellent communicator. 6 stars!

I had the best experience with JR and the entire team from Custom Scapes. He came in and finished our patio space and back entry exactly how I wanted and it blended beautifully with the rest of our existing yard. He was patient, accommodating and got the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them for future projects!

Excellent Experience with Our Pool Remodel & Landscaping Project!

We recently worked with Custom Scapes on our pool remodel and landscaping, and the entire experience was outstanding. From start to finish, JR Madrid was professional, communicative, and incredibly responsive. He kept us updated throughout the process, answered every question promptly, and made sure we were comfortable with each step.

The quality of the work is fantastic — our backyard looks completely transformed. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and detail-oriented in this industry. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Custom Scapes to anyone considering a pool renovation or landscaping project.
