Austin is a fine young man, professionally talented and personable. Answered my questions and performed the services requested on my Navien Tankless Water Heater. I also agreed to a recurring 12 month service agreement.

Great experience with Bacon! We called them at 11pm when our alarm notified us that our water heater was leaking. They offered to come out that night. We contained the leak so we asked them to come in the morning and they did! They were prompt and professional. The leak required a new heater, so they contained the leak from the old water heater so we could keep our travel plans and then came out when we returned home to install the new one. The crew that came out to take out the old water heater and put in the new one were kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. It was impressive to watch them get the job done timely and well. We’re grateful for Bacon! They’ll be our first call whenever we have plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs!

Vincent came out to my home and gave top notch customer service! Not only was he very professional, he was very knowledgeable and explained his recommendations and services in detail. Affordable pricing and excellent over all experience. I will refer Vincent to everyone I know and I will definitely call Bacon for all future services, upgrades, and maintenance on my home.

Eduardo did a great job communicating issues and the steps needed to resolve the situation. He was very clear, ensured I was okay with proposal and fully explained next steps. He was efficient.

I pastor a church and the drain backed up. We called and they came out same day. Great service explaining everything as he went. Highly recommend them. He took me out to show me the camera all along the way. Again highly recommend! I called a ‘popular plumbing company’ who advertises all over TV and they told me “we don’t service churches” when I asked why she said we just don’t. Definitely call Bacon!!!

He was able to predict the issue before he even saw the plumbing, and gave us a quick and reasonable estimate, and was back next day to do the repairs! This company is awesome we needed an electrician i mean fast we called them and they sent an electrician out immediately even though it was already 7:00 pm. Jay Young arrived shortly after that he was so knowledgeable about my citation and took time to explain what everything to me step by step I feel he went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend Jay to any potential clients and for sure would call him for all my needs in the future. I signed up for the friends and family membership. Mannnnnnnn, how I needed EduardoU!!! I have been without air for a couple of weeks because of my schedule and my apprehension about HVAC providers. EduardoU was on time, pleasant, and respectful of my home. He even took the time to kindly explain things to me (more than once) in a manner I could understand. I found him to be honest, and now - definitely my go to request. I think I may purchase their monthly plan that he shared with me now that I can request some I trust. I have to say I am EXTREMELY pleased and happy with the service Ricky and his team provided. We had a bit of a snafu with one of our water heaters in the attic, and although it was a complicated and tight fit, Ricky went above and beyond to ensure that we got a water heater installed properly and quickly. We went ahead and replaced both and I could not recommend them enough. I am very happy to now have a plumbing expert I call in a pinch and count on to make sure everything is perfect. Everyonelovesbacon, indeed!! Highly recommend.
