JBS Plumbing was an absolute lifesaver during a major water leak catastrophe in our building. We literally had a river flowing through the property, and from the moment they arrived, Brandon was a superstar. He was hands-on, proactive, and made sure every repair was handled with urgency and expertise.

Throughout this tough time, Brandon and the JBS team were relentless in getting things under control. At one point, we even needed a crane to move a structure, and he took care of it without hesitation. He never said "no"—if he didn’t have the immediate solution, he leveraged all his resources to figure it out.

Their customer service is truly unmatched, and their willingness to go above and beyond, especially in a crisis, is something we deeply appreciate. We love working with JBS Plumbing and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, top-tier service!

JBS Plumbing gave us fantastic service!! JBS got our toilets up and running during business hours. We own a daycare and the government froze are account this company helped us with our balance and was compassionate and patient even though it’s not an ideal situation to be in, we faced a disaster closure and with them being patient we was we was able to fight for our business another day happy kids stop and play will always be grateful because of the human and the compassion that Company has shown so much than just a plumbing company. They are human and understand your situations. It’s been several months and even though I felt guilty and put my pay because everything was frozen in my bank account. This company never got out of character. I had disconnected from my phone didn’t call anyone so they reached out to my landlord to of course get payment, but they always kept it professional because they did have and wanted to get paid and even though I could not pay, they only ask for communication they treated me like a human they understanding me they were so compassionate that it goes beyond the plumbing that they do and I’m so grateful for the team and the owner that reached out himself, they are remarkable and I would highly recommend, especially as a business owner that is learning anything about plumbing that don’t know anything about it. They’re honest they’re loyal their trustworthy and they’re compassionate, and if I could give them more stars, I would.

JBS been a great plumbing partner for our fitness studio in Houston, TX. We have had multiple incidents throughout a few years and anytime we need them they are able to get our problems fixed quickly.

Added a photo of some of the plumbing work they completed for us in an unfinished room during construction. These guys have the experience and knowledge to get what you want done.

The response time is really slow. It's been 2 weeks for a quote and we still don't have it. The site visit was cancelled 2 times. The management intentionally ends calls to avoid giving an answer.

If there service is anything like their drivers they suck I almost got hit by one trying to play chicken when he was trying to jump the line in a turn lane. Watch out if you’re on 610 during rush hour

WARNING: they broke my pipes…. To first start this off they were late and the man was extremely disrespectful. I had a pipe burst and called them to fix it to try to give them a chance… I will never be making that mistake again. Whatever they did my pipe exploded yesterday!! Don’t use this company

A guy just parked his work truck in a pickup spot at sams, he wasn’t there to use the pickup option because I watched him walk into sams. It’s peak time when it’s extremely busy because all the spots are full of people doing actual pickups. This guy obviously does not care especially because he’s in a work truck behaving this way! Says a lot about the values of this employee.
