Atc Appliance repair came out to my home to repair my freezer which was not freezing anything. The tech who came out was very knowledgeable, he gave me several different option on repair, and he cleaned up after himself when he was done with the repair. That was over 3 months ago and my freezer has been working good as new since that day.

Had great service from Thai & ATC Appliance. Arrived when he said he would. Diagnosed the issue with my LG washing machine as a faulty door lock mechanism. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix it same day. Total job took only 20 or 30 minutes. He charged me a very fair price. I will call Thai and ATC Appliance next time i have any appliance issues.

I had a LG refrigerator quit working. I called someone came out and he can't find the problem then I called LG customer service they gave me ATC Appliance phone number and the owner Thai came out the next day with his ton of knowledge, he found the issue just in a minute with his tool. He ordered the parts and came back within a week and got it fixed. I am very satisfied with this company and highly recommend.

I brought a small Samsung TV here to be fixed after it was having picture problems within 1 month of purchase. They fixed it for me and it was all covered! I found the service pleasant and Thai was very polite and went out of his way to fit my schedule for pick up of the TV. Only thing they could have done better was communicate. It took 2 weeks (they needed to order a part) and they did not provide an update that it would be 1 week longer than originally expected.

The technician came out and fixed our nagging problem with our ice maker .
Will call ATC if we ever have a problem again.

The warranty company gave Thai the wrong address & he was kind enough to still come at the scheduled time even though it was an extra 10 minute drive. We have an Ilve stove that prior repairmen have spent 6 visits trying to troubleshoot & we’d wait months in between visits waiting for “parts”. Thai knew what was the matter quickly - & it required no parts just some simple adjustments to the spark & air flow. He was patient & professional. Thank you!

charged a service cost an didnt fix it, said it needed a part from lg , never came back with the part , we bought a new one instead of calling some one new,

Worse company ever! Caution Do Not Use them for anything at all worse company ever!!! Unprofessional, lack of knowledge and onl in it for the money! We need to file a lawsuit against these people!!!!! Thai was horrible!!!!!

Called to inquire if they had a dryer belt, automated answering placed on hold after awhile got message to leave a message. I gave up and ordered it on line from another parts house.

Horrible Customer service and very unprofessional. Thai and his company set 2 apt dates and told me he was 30-45 minutes each time only to cancel and offer to reschedule.

I was given ATC by my home warranty and it took all day to hear from someone. I called and called and then when they called me back the lady said sorry we don't service your area, it's too far. So I looked it up online and they are in Stafford and I'm in Missouri City, so whats the problem a 10 minute drive,

Worst customer service ever. I can't believe these people are still in business. Thai is a piece of work. Showed up to my house 2 weeks after we called. It has been over 3 weeks and still have not showed up to finish the job. This company is JUNK. I am filing a law suit.

Warning !!!! Do not get nothing repair here or even think of scheduling to repair something from these scammers they wont do anything Thai is one of them they wont fix anything they wont even answer calls when u need an update on your appointment or when there gonna fix ur appliance find some where else but here dont waste the time and stress over these people.

Terrible Company the Owner Thai said he would fix my washer never did anything scheduled a second repair told me he was going to order a part & call me back to rescheduled a 3rd time never got anything resolve if you called him and leave a msg does not reply at all waist of time.

Worst customer service experience ever! The owner, Dan (Thai) whatever is completely unprofessional and his business needs to be shut down! He is running a scam operation and stealing money from people without proper paperwork or trying to fix the appliance to working condition again. He talks back, is very short-tempered, and refuses to work on a job when already taking a visit/diagnostic fee! We will certainly be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and make sure he will never treat his customers like this again. Do not HIRE for any job whatsoever, select another company to diagnose and repair your appliances or service any warranty covered jobs. Worst mistake ever, and regret paying him when there are SO many other companies to choose from! ZERO STARS!

I dropped off my air conditioner for repair, and it was under warranty, and it has been 2 months, and they still haven't finished it. It took them 1 month to diagnose the problem, and then now they say the parts is on backorder. They didn't even call me to notify me. I had to call them 5 times over several weeks to get an answer. This place doesn't care about service. Now I am afraid they go out of business, and leave me out high and dry.

worse experience of my life. Tech name Thai Came to my house and didn't do anything and told us that we are not using the washing machine the right way. Tech was so unprofessional and could barely speak english. I called back and same person Thai answered the phone, i Asked him to come out and check it again because the problem is not fixed. He denied to offer service and hung the phone.

Made me waste a whole day. Cancelled because of a little rain but not before a day was wasted waiting 5 hours. These guys were referred by Lowe's through their extended warranty service. Home Depot probably has better service providers!
