In fact, one of the units only needed a simple capacitor replacement (which I had already identified), and they quoted me a reasonable price for that instead of suggesting a new unit.

For my second air conditioner, which was in much worse shape due to rust and various issues, Luis worked with me to come up with a quote for the best system available at the best price. This gave me complete confidence in their abilities, so I asked them to take a look at my RTU's. Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and didn't even charge a service fee before starting work - which spoke volumes about our trust for each other.

He also took a close look at my mini split unit and laundry ceiling unit, and after some detective work, he identified the issue with the motherboard of the ceiling unit and found the leak in the mini split. This saved us a significant amount of money, all within a short span of hours! What really stood out to me was the company's commitment to truth, honesty, and integrity - they truly are a cut above their competitors in every way.
