Devin Gilbert serviced our units today. Wonderful service provider and very knowledgeable about the units and care between maintenance visits.

Johnny performed our annual HVAC check up. He was very courteous, on time and did a very thorough system check. His knowledge and demeanor are to be commended. Thank you Johnny for taking good care of us.

Custom Comfort is great. We have been using them for years, and they have always been top notch with service. We use their tune up service and one service technician named Edwin found a small gas leak and repaired it right away and even cleaned up the furnace too. Thanks Edwin.

Aaron Henkel and his team were thoroughly professional in their execution of my project in replacing the hvac system. They were efficient and extremely helpful in educating me on the new system as well

Our service repairman, Johnny was extremely courteous and patient and thorough. He made sure we understood what was wrong, how much it was going to cost and very compassionate. He was on time, would not walk thru the house without shoe covers and very honest and upfront with problems that could arise. He never made us feel pressured in anyway. I have used Custom Comfort Air for 20 + years and would never trust another.

Custom Comfort Air has performed regular semi-annual check ups and general maintenance on our home HVAC for five years. Custom Comfort Air was recommended to us by another of their customers. We have never been disappointed, but pleased with their service and service personnel. We have an annual contract with them to do that service and they never fail to remind us when the service is due. No additional repairs, etc., have been necessary, however, when something should occur, we will definitely have them do the work. Devin Gilbert was our serviceman this Fall visit. He was knowledgeable, professional, nice to work with, and careful to explain fully all he had done and answers our questions. We are very pleased and highly recommend this firm and Devin.

Devin Gilbert did an AC tune-up and discovered some deficiency in our aging system. His work was thorough and he presented options from a conservative approach but with honesty.

We bought a new HVAC system from Custom Comfort several years ago and have been extremely pleased with the performance of the unit they recommended as well as their twice yearly maintenance program. They always call to remind us about scheduling service, and their technicians are always on time and very professional.

Friendly, efficient and did nothing unnecessary. Had some restrictions due to medical conditions he respected. Devin did a great job.

I had a new 5ton unit installed all components outside and inside- Armstrong brand. I too work in the industrial construction and engineering industry. So I understand sometimes issues arise with factory equipment and or installations. I had both initial installation and factory equipment issues. But, The Custom Comfort Team made everything right, not to their satisfaction but to mine, and admittedly , I am a perfectionist. Additionally, I was not put behind the line as “warranty “ service ahead of new service ( as many companies do ) but I got great service and attention until it was all done w high quality standards and service. I highly recommend Custom comfort air for any of your needs. The receptionist -Shelbie D was a God send with the whole situation, keeping me informed and up to date w service and expectations. The owner Richard never wavered from his commitment to make me happy!!
