My water heater began to leak Tuesday. I called ROD Plumbing Wednesday morning and was able to schedule with them the same day. The owner, Angel sent out Gustavo and Isaiah to replace my water heater. They were personable and friendly and did a fine job considering it was rigged and definitely not up to code. It was NOT a standard in and out job. They went out of their way to bring everything up to code. All was done at a very reasonable price considering the situation. They hauled away the old water heater and the space they worked in was clean when they left my home. ROD Plumbing will be my go to from now on. Thanks! - Joyce

Our hot water heater died, and I called ROD Plumbing on the advice of a contractor friend. Even though I called after hours, the call was answered promptly, and scheduled for later that week. I received several pre-service calls to ensure the proper heater was brought out, which I LOVED (because nothing is worse than having a service call only to find out they have to come back out after purchasing the parts!). The work was completed efficiently, but thoroughly. The water heater they supplied is a *quality* brand, at a very reasonable price. The technician, Erik, was polite and cleaned up nicely after himself. We won’t hesitate to use them for future projects! Cannot recommend them enough!! A+++

Gustavo and Eddie were awesome! Showed up on time, after I received a 30 minute call ahead. Both guys were super personable, explained exactly what they were doing, and fixed my clog and my garbage disposal quickly! I have full confidence in Rod plumbing after working with Gustavo and Eddie!

Rod Plumbing did a masterful job installing our new Water Heater and repairing/replacing the Natural Gas Pipes connected to it. The Crew was courteous and professional. The work was performed to our total satisfaction.

Obviously replacing an appliance is never an easy or enjoyable thing. Eddie got sent out based on a home warranty insurance repair. We found out that company wasn’t going to cover us moving forward, so Eddie launched into action after I begged him. 3 days of cold showers had made me desperate. Eddie called his office, got his boy Abel and was able to knock out a last minute water heater swap in 3 hours. Thank you both so much for the help at the last minute. I greatly appreciate it.

ROD Plumbing replaced my water heater after not having any hot water after just moving into my new home. They effectively communicated throughout the whole process. They were fast and I haven’t had any issues since! I would recommend ROD Plumbing to anybody who has any plumbing needs.

I would recommend Rod Plumbing to anyone and will use them in the future for any plumbing needs. They were easy to schedule and contacted before arrival. They didn't try to upsell anything and their pricing was a LOT less than other quotes. They are very friendly and locally owned.

Our toilets needed some repairs and I really did not want to take the time to tackle the repairs myself. I selected ROD Plumbing Inc based upon their high Yelp and Google reviews. I was able to get an appointment the next day and the plumber came within the scheduled the window. The plumber, Eric, was courteous and professional. Eric diagnosed my plumbing issues and gave me a reasonable quote for the work. Eric worked quickly and efficiently and I am very satisfied with the quality of his work.

ROD plumbing is a great company. Eddie is exceptional, dependable, clean, kind, and always leaves a job well done. Prices are reasonable, and still great quality work. I am happy to have found a plumber that I know and trust, and use regularly.

I have used their services a few times, and they have always been very professional, very efficient, and they make sure the job is done right. Their dispatcher is very attentive to your needs and is very communicative. Eric the electrician is fantastic, personable, talented, and an excellent representative of the company. They can give you referrals to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction with other tradesmen i.e. electric, restoration. Their costs are reasonable. I can’t say enough good things about this company..not like any plumbing service I’ve ever used. Just fabulous!

ROD Plumbing really went above and beyond to make a sudden and shockingly catastrophic plumbing project manageable, especially over the holidays! Angel (the owner of the company) was incredibly responsive, everyone working for the company was studious, communicative, and showed up when they said they were going to! When we had to subcontract with an excavation company (like I said... sudden and shockingly catastrophic), ROD Plumbing worked with them to coordinate everything as quickly as possible, including the city inspectors and engineers all of the way to the end of the project. I hope you don't have the kind of project we did, but if you do, ROD Plumbing is definitely the right choice for the job!

Rod Plumbing is fantastic! They have helped me on a bathroom and kitchen remodels. We had the best service from Gustavo C., he is awesome. If I could give 10 stars I would.

ROD plumbing has done 2 big jobs for me. And I would recommend them. They completely rebuilt the plumbing under my house at a price that was excellent. And last night Eddy and Able stayed late after finding 4 gas leaks near my oven and dryer. They stayed until the entire job was finished and safe until 8pm. So I wouldn’t have to be without gas. They are awesome!

Hired Rod’s Plumbing for an outside leak - Eddie showed up promptly and was so polite and professional - I will be hiring this company again if I have more plumbing problems in the future. Also the receptionist, Melissa kept me informed throughout the job. This is a very good company, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Rod’s plumbing service is fantastic! They are skilled, punctual, offer great customer service, diagnose issues accurately, have fair pricing, and clean up after themselves. Very reliable! Will definitely call them again.
