George's Air Conditioning was very capable and professional. The person who set the appointment was helpful, the tech was here the very next morning and he was good at what he does. Jesus was patient, explained options, fixed my issue and confirmed heat and air were working well before leaving. (Two years ago, another tech was just also courteous and capable fixing a different issue.) Also, great communication about arrival window and status, even a picture sent by text of the tech to be expecting.

Zach took care of my unit and made repairs as needed. Professional and efficient. Checked with me before and sent pictures of everything. I appreciate this company and their skilled technicians. I highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience using George’s Air recently to repair our AC. They answered my call right away and were able to get a tech to our house at the time we requested. The tech diagnosed the problem, obtained the part needed and had our AC working quickly. We have used George’s Air in prior occasions and have consistently received the same timely and excellent service. I am so glad we found them a few years ago! I fully recommend them!

Our drain line had been clogged and Zack took care of that and did the rest of the fall maintenance to make sure we were set for cooler weather as well.

After experiencing a poor installation from another company, Zach took the time to explain what went wrong and offered reasonable recommendations for improvement. I’ve been happy with the quality of the original HVAC system installation and the service of the periodic inspection checkups. All of the personnel encountered are good. One of their technicians, Zach, has been here at least twice; he is knowledgeable and courteous.

One of our vacation rentals had the AC go out with the guests there on a late Saturday afternoon. From the first call with Bri I felt assured they would help. Within half an hour I heard from Rodolfo with an ETA. He arrived 3 minutes early, was very helpful and communicative and resolved the problem quickly. Even for an after hours pseudo emergency call the price was extremely reasonable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. We will be using them again!

Zach is very knowledgeable and explained things well. He was courteous and answered all our questions. Though he had to stop due to rain, he came back later and finished his work. Great job!

These dudes are legit. Came out to fix our deep freezer that wouldn't defrost and a triple door display freezer that would not get down to the desired temperature. Fixed a leak in one and repaired the defrost timer in the other. Trustworthy and chill dudes. Would def recommend to anybody on the Island looking for ac repairs.

Zach was courteous and showed a very detailed explanation of costs and whether things he had seen during his visit were urgently required to fix or not. We really depend on the service we get from Georges and will continue to work with them!

George's AC originally installed our unit Nov. 2021. I could not be more pleased with the installation and the service we have received since. Zach, our service technician was very thorough and did an excellent job answering questions and correcting potential problems. Kudos to Zach! I highly recommend George,s AC.
