We hired this company (which is clearly a 3rd party service who directs to local companies) to give us a commercial estimate for a customer with AC issues. No numbers were to be discussed on site with anyone (this was specified when booking the tech). Not only did we not get any call back with an estimate, they got information from multiple people on site, sent them the diagnostics and estimate direct, had them sign it and approve it even though the bill is in MY name since I booked them and I have been calling for 5 days trying to reach someone with no response. Even today I called 3 times and was told someone will call you back in 10 min, 20 min etc, never got a call back. Horrible way to do business and would NOT recommend this company, do your research and hire a company direct (Like I thought we were doing)
