Had CollingWizards out on a Saturday after finding out that our AC didn't make it over the winter for the new cooling season.

I recently had annual maintenance done by Santiago for two homes, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, he was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough. He took the time to answere all my questions, and ensured both systems were running at efficiency.

Santiago did an excellent job on fixing my AC. He was able to diagnose the issue over the phone (bad blowing motor), and once he arrived and confirmed the issue, he had all the parts he needed and was done in less than one hour. He was really good at explaining what had failed and verified everything else was in order. He charged me for his labor only as my system was under warranty from Carrier, and he took care of all the warranty paperwork.

Santiago and Chris are amazing in setting up everything how you need it, they did an amazing job in setting my Remi halo and cleaning out my AC. Highly recommend and affordable..
