Joey and his team did an excellent job fixing leaking pipe near the water heater in attic. They were prompt, professional and reasonable with pricing. I will be using them for all my future plumbing needs.

Captain Ron's was recommended to me through a Facebook DIY group and I'm glad I called them. Joey did a great job switching out our shower handle in one bathroom and was able to quickly resolve a drip in the other shower. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained how the second one would need to be repaired, which was a lot more work than we were expecting. He got the job on his schedule within a couple days. I will definitely use Captain Ron's Plumbing again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help. I'm new to Dallas and it's nice to find a plumbing company I can depend upon.

Captain Ron’s was great! Another company had come out previously to diagnose and quote the issue, and it turns out they had it very wrong. Joey was able to correctly diagnose the issue and orchestrate a fix. It required a decent amount of excavation and re-plumbing; he made it quick and easy for us, and did it in a way that made it as economical as possible.

Joey helped install a generator and did all the plumbing work and he did great! He was responsive, efficient, clean, and patiently answered all my questions. He also checked to make sure everything was connected correctly and did a test run. I would definitely recommend and work with him again.

We had an issue that we felt warranted getting estimates from plumbers that were recommended to us. The solution Joey suggested was far more straight-forward and much less expensive.
His assistant Zeph was also very helpful with another issue, and he addressed it the very next day quickly and pleasantly.
I do not make recommendations easily--but they both deserve it.
