CPR plumbing took care of my issue at the beginning of this winter storm. It was a slab leak. They had the work completed sooner than expected thank God. Even better it was less than the original quote. I would recommend this plumbing service based on honesty and professionalism.
CPR will be my go to plumbers from now on.

This is the second time I’ve used CPR. First time 2 years ago for a leak after a foundation repair. This time we had a broken flange in a cement foundation and our house has the old lead pipe. Chad, his wife Tonie, and the crew are kind, courteous, and professional. They left me with a job well done and cleaned up. Thank you CPR!!! Will recommend them every chance I get.

On Tuesday I shut off my water at the house main shut off, (not the city shutoff) so I could replace a couple of washers on my leaking outdoor faucets. When I went to turn the water back on the inside assembly broke and the handle just spun. My water pressure was about 50% of normal. I contacted CPR and we discussed pricing. I saved some money by digging it out myself. I contacted 3 other plumbing companies from Angie's list but they would not talk pricing unless they came out and I paid them a 69.95 "diagnostic" fee. (Not everyone likes "Bacon")

CPR came out Wednesday afternoon, in the rain, and replaced the shut off with a different type so I would not have the issue again. Then they went above and beyond and purchased a bag of gravel and an in ground plumbing box so if anything happened in the future, I would not have to dig it out again. Then they backfilled the dirt and spread my mulch back out and left everything in much better shape than when they got there.

I am more than happy with the price I paid especially for the amount of work they did. They are my "go to" plumbers for all future business!

CPR Plumbing is FANTASTIC! We've used them for several different jobs now and each time Chad and his crew have always been polite, professional, on time and their work is superb. We've priced out other companies, and have used other plumbers in the past, but CPR pricing beats all the others (and you still get the quality work!). This past project with CPR had a little hiccup, but they handled it with class and completely took care of us - a toilet we purchased ourselves from Home Depot had a defect and no one knew until it was installed and we went to use it that next morning. Long story short, we swapped out the toilet and CPR came back to uninstall the bad and install the good without charging us again! They didn't have to do that, it wasn't their fault we had a bad toilet. They truly care about their customers. Thanks CPR!!!!!

The team at CPR handled my pipe repair quickly and at the price they quoted. Throughout the experience, they were open, honest, and communicative about lead times. I would use CPR again and recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work done.

Had an issue with a sound coming out of a bath tub every time the toilets flushed. CPR came out, ran some water into a bath tub (which is never used) and the noise was gone. Told us to run water every couple of months, then they left. No charge. What incredible customer service. CPR will be our go to plumbers from now on!

My wife and I highly recommend CPR Plumbing. Previously, they helped us with rather small matters, and they were always prompt and courteous. Recently they installed a tankless water heater at our home. They were very professional. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He explained how everything was installed and how everything worked. When we called with follow up questions, all of our concerns were addressed. It was a great experience and we are thoroughly enjoying our new tankless water heater.

Last Sunday evening (Labor Day weekend), I called CPR because water from my air conditioning draining kept backing up due to a previous plumber blocking the drain pipe outlet when he installed a new sink in the bathroom. I had never done business with CPR before and Chad said he would be there in 20 minutes, which he was. Chad redid the bathroom sink drainage and now my AC drains properly. Extremely pleased with CPR. Willing to help a new customer on a holiday weekend at a reasonable price. Polite over the phone and on the job site. Will use them for my future plumbing needs. Many thanks again to Chad.

CPR Team is Outstanding! Easy and fast to make appointment to replace a toilet. Very fair pricing quote on phone. On Time for appointment. They were very safe, (masks for Covid), and Professional. I had purchased a toilet, (would not fit in space), they re-packaged the new one I purchased, they helped me return it to Home Depot. They picked up one which would fit. Adam helped me with this exchange process, he was very helpful and knowledgeable of helping with solutions to my problem. The Team finished the install and it works Great! Thank You! My pipe busted the day before our trip to Mexico... Was fortunate enough to speak with Toni and get an appt. for the day after our return from the trip. Toni was amazing and very friendly.

Chuck came over, right around the time he said he would. He was friendly and fixed my busted pipe with 30-45 min.

The only thing to say about CPR Plumbing and their staff, is that you want them repairing your plumbing! My wife and I purchased a home from a home flipping company in The Colony TX, only to find that the flipper covered up several MAJOR breaks in the pipes under our house, five in total. Chad arrived the same day that I called to perform the initial test, with confirmed that damages did indeed exist, and a camera test was now necessary to confirm the extent of the damage.

Once everything was known, his team, Adam and Taylor, delivered exceptional professional service throughout the entire repair process. We were kept up to date on everything that was repaired, and not once inconvenienced. When the entire process was completed, you almost couldn't tell that anyone was there.

I don't believe that anyone else could have delivered better service. The price is beyond fair for the quality of work, the timely completion, the level of communications, and the fact that all their work comes with an amazing warranty.

With so many companies trying to cut corners, rip the customer off, and earn a cheap buck, CPR takes the time to remind the consumer that quality work is still alive! If you demand nothing but the best, call Chad and the CPR team, you will be more than satisfied!

Woke up this morning to find my water heater had flooded half my house. After calling several local plumbers I felt best going with CPR. Chad with CPR came out the same day and I had a new water heater an hour and a half later. He was very courteous, explained everything he was doing, and performed a quality, affordable installation. I am relieved to know I have a local plumber I can count on now. Don't hesitate to give him a call!

A single mom, on a budget, desperate, in tears and unsure which plumbing company to call I choose CPR Plumbing. Thankful, it was the best call I ever made. We had been dealing with a water leak, dripping faucet along with a non-working garbage disposal for months that led to a costly $517.00 water bill. I spoke with (the owner) Chad who was empathetic, pleasant and listened as I told him I needed someone to fix my plumbing quickly. My only day off they were all booked, immediately I begin to cry. Chad said, “I understand let me see if I can find a tech that can fit you in his schedule”.
Surprised with a callback tech TAYLOR said he would come. Taylor was spectacular, focused, hardworking, personable, knowledgeable, work efficiently, professional and cared about the job he performed. He stopped my plumbing leak, replaced my valves, installed my faucet and disposal even cleaned up after he was done. My 13-year-old son thanked him for helping us and said, “mom this CPR Plumbing place rocks!” I couldn’t have said it better. Don’t waste your time calling a bunch of plumbing companies. Just call the professionals, CPR Plumbing and lay your plumbing nightmares to rest.

Although this may sound contradictory on its face, we just had the great pleasure of completing a major plumbing job using CPR Plumbing. It started with us noticing warm tiles and hearing water running under the tile floor in our kitchen. We called CPR and had the good fortune of reaching Tonie. Tonie was extremely friendly, helpful and promptly lined up a time to have a plumber come out to investigate and provide us a free estimate. Turns out that it was a hot water line leak 15’ under our concrete slab. We decided to get an estimate to fix this leak as well as a separate broken bath drain 10’ under the slab, replace plumbing and fixtures in two severely leaking showers and install new lavatory faucet unit in dripping bath sink. Chris gave us an itemized estimate and a discounted estimate for the entire project. We decided to do the entire project that involved a total of 25’ of tunneling under our slab. Chris established a schedule for tunneling team to come out to dig and immediately followed up by performing plumbing work. The tunneling team was amazing. Hats off to Lupe and his team. They finished tunneling in one day, right on schedule, and when plumbing job was completed they filled and compacted the tunnels to City permit specs. My wife joked that they left the porch cleaner than when they got here. During the plumbing work, plumbers discovered a little more work than what was originally anticipated, but without reluctance honored their original total estimate. They also arranged for City inspection of the project and provided us a copy of City permit approval as well as engineer report to confirm proper refill and compaction of tunnels to support the City permit approval. They also provided pictures of work under the slab to support my successful insurance claim for portion of project to fix the sudden hot water line leak. The term “family owned business” is often thrown around loosely. CPR is truly a family owned business led by Master Plumber, Chad Jones, and his 2 plumber sons, Tyler and Chris. During this entire project Chad and his team stayed in constant contact with us by cell phone, text and e-mail. They were all very courteous, punctual and finished all work right on schedule to our satisfaction at a reasonable price. It was our hope that through this major project we could find a new “go to” plumber. We are happy to say that we did and now CPR is our “go to” plumbing team. Been using this company for about 7 or 8 years now for numerous rental properties and our own residence and prefer to never use anyone else for residential plumbing issues. These folks are honest, upfront, timely, and great at what they do.

We had a leak in the concrete in our hallway because of foundation issues and knew we needed a quality plumber. CPR Plumbing & Slab Leaks Unlimited came highly recommended from a family friend and we called them immediately to get a quote on what the repairs would cost. Chad was at our house in only a few hours and was able to quickly give us an estimated cost for the location and repair of our slab leak. After having already spoke to others about estimated costs we decided to choose CPR Plumbing. Chad quickly got started and fixed our leak by the end of the following day. What a tough job it was but he made the whole process as easy as possible and took great care of our home! We would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs any plumbing work done!! CPR Plumbing did an outstanding job for us on short notice, from the first day I called to ask why our water heater was making noises to installing a new water heater. When they heard that our water heater had completely stopped working during the recent cold snap, they moved our water heater replacement appointment to a week earlier! We've had at leaste five other plumbing companies work on an issue in our kitchen. Each time they say they fix it and about a month later, we have the issue again.

CPR plumbing came out six weeks ago, did more diagnostics than the other companies and found the source of the issue! They fixed it like the other companies but it is STILL FIXED!

So very pleased, I wish we knew about CPR plumbing and used them first! Would have saved us thousands of dollars.

They stand by their work, and through experience, we have learned that their work stands the test of time! If you need work done on your plumbing, I would recommend them for anything-big or small.

CPR plumbing came out to my home to test for a potential leak and I am very happy with the experience. Pricing is upfront and not by the hour so there are no surprises which is great. They were able to set an appointment quickly and Adam was on time and friendly when he arrived. I would absolutely call them again if I need a plumber.

I called early one morning about a small issue in one of my three bathrooms--- got such a good impression of Chad --- that I decided to go ahead and have him handle all of the bathrooms before it caused more issues. Everything was handled in a very professional and prompt manner --- and basically had "updated" plumbing by the end of the day.
