Excellent communication and explanation of issue and how it could be repaired.

My A/C went out. Alex explained the issue clearly and laid out many options for me and discussed the pros and cons of each. Once the decision was made. Charlotte quickly scheduled our installation and the crew was on time and had us cooling and comfortable in just over 3 hours. This was a big 5 ton unit... I was impressed by how quickly and professionally everyone worked! Thank you A/C Texas!

Mickey is professional, communicates exactly what he’s doing, what work needs to be done, and what can be done later. I have had a good experience with every employee that’s come to my house. The technician arrived right on time!!! He performed a check up, found the problem and fix it right away!!! He then proceded to explain to me step by step the process! Friendly and honest plus clear explanations . I highly recommend them.

Mickey and his team were absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional, kind, and so helpful. My husband was at work while they came to replace our entire air conditioning unit and system, and Mickey was not only patient with me, he got on the phone with my husband to explain everything. We heard about them by word of mouth and will be telling everyone about them in the future!

I originally inquired about having a small AC unit installed to be dedicated to our Master Bedroom and Bath. After reviewing the problem, they recommended zoning as a more cost effective option. We had it installed about 2 weeks ago and the system has performed great. They were super responsive and professional. The installation crew took extra care to make sure they left everything super clean. I’d highly recommend these guys!

ACTexas is an amazing company who has highly skilled technicians and provide quality service. They are reasonable and have excellent customer service. In my case, I had a home warranty with First American Home Warranty (iffy company) when my AC unit had the compressor go out. Even though the AC unit was still under warranty and even though I had a Home Warranty, both AC Companies who came to inspect my AC unit wanted to charge me $1,061 and $810 respectively. I did not trust either of these companies and chose to forgo using my Home Warranty and went with ACTexas. I am so glad I did bcz they repaired my AC unit super quick and addressed all my concerns. I would rather pay a little more and trust the company than give my money to unscrupulous companies. I also signed up for their maintenance plan and am glad I did. I highly recommend ACTexas.

OUR TECH NAMED JOHNNY IS A LIFE SAVER! I called a few AC companies and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to fix AC items that really didn’t need to be replaced at the moment. Johnny came to my home and represented his company in a super professional and prompt manner. He fixed the AC issue in less than 20 mins and might have saved my marriage. Thanks again Johnny!

I called to get my schedule checked due to extreme heat we are having. Great experience from the start to end. Text and email notifications of my appointment and when the tech was on his way. Tech arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and checked my ac unit inside and out. Gave me advice on my air filter. Very polite and professional. Thank you!

Mickey is awesome! He is very knowledgeable, and completely professional. He explains exactly what is wrong and what needs to be done, and we never feel pressured. He always arrives on time, and stays until the job is finished. He’s the best of the best. He has been taking care of our AC/Heat issues for several years, and his level of service remains stellar. It is such a relief to work with someone we really trust.

Mickey always does a great job for our building. All the crews are timely and respectful. We wouldn’t use anyone else to maintain or install our units. Highly recommend AC Texas.

Exceptional. The experience I have had with ACTexas has been incredible. I worked with Mickey as my tech and he was responsive, and well versed. He helped with permanent and extremely competitive priced solutions to a problem that was grossly over estimated by a local competitor. The entire staff has been beyond great. I really cannot say enough good things about the level of service, the follow up and the cost point. I would recommend them to anyone blindly.

Seth from AC Texas is so helpful! He took the time to explain everything he found on our latest inspection, including pictures and videos, so I didn’t have to climb up in the attic. They have a wonderful customer service, and very reasonable prices.

James was amazing! Personable and friendly. Plus the most knowledgeable A/C tech I have ever met. He was here within 45 minutes of my call and had the system up in no time. He even identified an over charge on the freon that the original installers got wrong. And they have checked the system 3 times now and never noticed. Makes me wonder... I originally called the installer, Houston Air Comfort and they said they couldn't make it out for 9 days.
I am switching to ACTexas from here on out.
