Excellent communication and attention to detail. Erik arrived on time, was very professional and resolved my issue quickly. Tracy was phenomenal as well with tracking down warranty info to ensure my repairs would be covered by the manufacturer...great job and great experience all around!

I cannot tell you how awesome they made this experience. My AC went out, I called at 4:45pm and by 6:00pm it was up and running again. Tracy, the lady I spoke to on the phone to make the appointment, was very courteous. Eric, the serviceman, explained each part and I knew exactly what I was paying for up front. I highly recommend this company.

Charles was very kind and understanding. We had several other companies out but no one was able to fix our mini split. He never took our money for any work until was all completed and made sure even after that it was still working properly. I will use this company from now on.

The whole process was wonderful, from the first call, the confirmation of my appointment, to the visit itself. Charles was so informative and showed me the process and the part that was damaged and explained how it worked with my AC unit. This company is great. Eric is friendly, professional, and trustworthy. I know I can trust what he tells me! He replaced one of our two ACs, and when the other one recently stopped working, he was right there and replaced an inexpensive part to get it working. Great job and very honest.

First time I called with a heating problem (March/2014) and Charles and his son came out that night and were able to get my unit working, which was great with a newborn in the house. Very fair prices and quick resolution and polite.

Second time I called with a problem with my A/C (April/2015) and spoke with Charles. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He asked a lot of good questions and we solved the problem without him having to come out to my house. He said he would not feel right wasting my time and money. Thank you Charles.

Excellent service; professional, not pushy. Prices are fair. With my first call they arrived within one hour. Erik did not have the part that he needed. He called a fellow employee and he arrived with the part in less than 30 mins. LOVE these people. Want to give them 6 stars. Will definitely use them again.

AirNow has been great. They respond quickly. Everyone does their best to keep you comfortable. Install was above and beyond correcting issues from the original install. Super nice bunch of folks. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, and polite.

Our AC unit went out late Friday night. Called this company first thing Saturday morning based on the reviews...and they did not disappoint. Charles S came ASAP and quickly diagnosed the issue (replaced run capacitor). He was very friendly yet professional. He took time to answer some additional questions inside the home and even gave us a couple pro-tips. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Eric came out to give a second opinion on our A/C unit. Another company performing semi-annual maintenance on our unit had told us that our coils had a leak and needed to be replaced along with a few other issues. Being it is a new house I sought a second opinion. Eric thoroughly checked the system and explained what he was looking for and why during the entire process. He found that there were no problems with our system. I really appreciate his professionalism and education about my system during his visit. Needless to say I am now an AirNow services customer and will use them from this point on.

Charles has done two same-day appointments for me, both on Saturdays. He is honest, knowledgeable, and both times he got my air conditioner running again quickly and affordably. I highly recommend him and will continue to use AirNow again in the future.

You don’t find too many companies like this around any longer. Very Informative, professional and courteous staff. Clean installations, diligent testing and great follow up. Highly recommended for HVAC services.

AirNow provided superior high quality professional services which far exceeded their peers in the industry. First, Charles very professionally discussed assessed and designed two new systems for us while clearly explaining the price & options, the installation logistics and timing, as well as the quality control plan. Wow this was fantastic, and even better was when Austin and Robert arrived and implemented the installation just as Charles described. They went over and above to keep the house clean as they demoed the old equipment and deployed the new. They were always happy to explain what they were doing and were always quality and customer focused. Charles later followed up with a QC and fine tuning visit. FANTASTIC Job implemented with integrity so hard to find these days

Our call was answered by Charles first thing Sunday morning - no answering service! He got our address and indicated he could be at our house before noon (after his current service call). He called when he was 30 minutes away (as promised). He fixed our unit the same day in peak season on a Sunday! We were thrilled! Very impressive same day, weekend service! Also, very reasonable price and they even had an online coupon. Truly satisfied and much cooler.

Charlie and everyone at AirNow are honest, reliable, and extremely skilled. Charlie has gone out of his way to help us on several occasions when the AC wasn't working correctly. He provides simple explanations and provides options to how the repair can be accomplished. He has never tried to oversell repairs that aren't needed. I would recommend AirNow to anyone who wants integrity, honesty, and superior work done to their heating or air conditioning system.

I never thought anyone could top Charlie until today. Dave came out today (Tuesday after Labor Day) and fixed the AC in no time at all. Knew exactly what the issue was and got right to work on it. Cant thank Charlie and now Dave for their help.

I have used AirNow Services twice in the past year. My original AC installation company went out of business, but not before they sold me on a low quality system. AirNow has been able to troubleshoot the issues that have arisen with my system even when other AC companies could not find out what was wrong. All repairs have been preformed promptly.

Excellent service. Both of the men who worked on my system were extremely professional.

Called at 4.30 pm on a Monday and a technician was here under 2 hours. They didn't have the exact part on the truck to fix the issue that night, but they were back Tuesday by 1 pm to resolve the issue, less than 24 hours from when I called.

The price seemed reasonable. Although I don't know anything about A/C repair, the price didn't exceed what I expected to pay when I placed the service call. I was quoted a price Monday, and that did not change on Tuesday, which was nice to see. They also waived the service call fee since after making the repair.

I will absolutely call them again should the need arise

With just hours left before the weekend AND a county-wide stay home order going into effect, Charlie and Ian took care of our coil replacement, same day, because they didn't want to leave us without AC all weekend. I thought the price was fair and the guys were personable and diligent in everything they did, including wearing masks in our home. A+ job, happy to recommend them.

I can't even begin to tell you how grateful I am for Charles he is an upfront, and honest man and that is one thing that's rare these days. .
I wasn't actually here to meet the technician that did my work, however he did an awesome job because now I have cool air again. Next year when it comes to replacing our units this will be the company I call.

3/31/2017 Had to call out Charles again for another issue. I can't begin to tell you how much I appreciate Charlie and AirNow.
Still haven't had to replace my unit. I know I will have to soon. . When I do I will be calling AirNow

8/27/2018 Why is it when it comes to inspections Air now does not have any after 5 or Saturday appointments? I mean I do work Monday through Friday 9-5 and have a second job on top of that. Gosh guys you need to make an exception once in a while.

AirNow Services is awesome! They pride themselves with excellent customer service and promptness. The technicians are knowledgeable and take the time to answer all questions about their products and services.

AirNow also has a maintenance contract for minimal amount to offer to its customers. They respond to our calls within minutes.

Highly recommend this company to everyone!

AirNow Services is an amazing AC/heating company! They have installed two amazing carrier systems in my house which has dropped my electricity bill drastically. The employees are very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I would recommend air now services to anybody with any AC/heating needs
