I was referred to Air on Time for my business AC and heating needs a few years ago. This team has been nothing but exceptional.
From replacing AC units, yearly maintenance, to adding air returns and ducts, these guys know what to do and fast. I highly recommend Air on Time to my friends, neighbors and any business that needs a reliable communicative AC team.

They also helped my neighbor with there residential AC needs. They were very happy with the results of that repair. Thanks for always being reliable and reasonably priced.

Air-On-Time is the standard for HVAC service. They have serviced my needs both professionally as a maintenance director and as a home owner. I have used Air-On-Time for over 15 years. I've been with Air-On-Time for over 12 years. They have always been very
professional, friendly, and very prompt when needed.
I just recently returned from vacation to find our home extremely hot. The evaporator coil had leaked out all the freon. I contacted A-O-T and they worked me in the very next day! They also found another problem and took care of that as well.
Through the years, I've gotten to know their service technicians personally. It gives me a lot of confidence knowing that their employees are very experienced, and knowledgeable having been with the same company for many years and not a bunch of new-hires trying to learn on the job.
It also shows that Air-On-Time takes good care of their employees which says a lot about the company!
They take such good care of us, they make us feel like family!

Air On Tme has always been terrific to work with. Responsive, considerate, thorough, and competitive in their pricing. Even on a holiday weekend, Charlie arrived to help us out. You won’t be disappointed.

Hours before the winter storm, our heater went out! Someone was here in 30 minutes, they went to go get the part needed, and fixed the issue so quickly. It only took an hour and a half total. SO thankful!

Air on Time replaced the blower motor in my unit. They quickly diagnosed the problem, sourced a new motor, and installed it the same afternoon. Problem solved. Excellent work! Charlie was the technician and was superb!

My parents had been without air for a month due to multiple issues with Sears Cinch Home Warranty and prior repair companies not following through. Air On Time were contacted Thursday afternoon and were at my parents with a diagnosis within an hour. They were amazing, professional and caring about the situation. In spite of the constraints of the warranty company they were persistent and timely, ordering the part Friday afternoon and were repairing by 8am Saturday. I will forever remember the care and compassion Jessica the owner gave to us and the situation and the technician making it so quickly in rush hour traffic to my parents home. Air on time has always been excellent for my family. Anytime you call them. They’re there within 24 hours to fix your problem. We had such a great technician Charlie who came out today very personable, very professional, very courteous. Can’t say enough nice things about this company.

Called Air on Time AC at 11:00 am on January 2nd, and they had a technician out before 1:00 PM. Diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and drove to the south side of Houston to pick up a part and had my problem resolved before 5:00 PM. I would highly recommend.

AC stopped blowing cold air in the morning, and by around 1:00pm the company had someone out and the issue was fixed within 5 minutes of him being onsite. Fast, responsive and friendly.

This Company came to our aide in the aftermath of Beryl hurricane. we have a home generator that was sounding different than before. We called several companies especially the one that we have a yearly contract with. No answer. This company Air On Tie was at our neighbor"s house and they came over to help us.. I will recommend them for service any time.. In fact we will give them our business for the yearly maintence.

Called and they came out on the same day! Honest company. The other people I called tried to take advantage of me and wanting me to repair things I didn’t need. Air on time came did their diagnostics and found the issue! Had nothing to do with the repairs the other company wanted me to pay for. Highly recommend air on time!
