I would highly recommend Ryan. We were having issues getting power to our outlets and he fixed them with no problem. He is our go to electrician.

I have now used Ryan and the essential electric team twice. They are prompt, responsive, professional and trust worthy.

Ryan was able to quickly pinpoint the problem and have it fixed in no time. He was also patient with explaining everything, and seems very knowledgeable behind his work.

Essential Electrical Services has the experience, knowledge and ability to do everything the website claims. I have conducted business with Ryan, Essential's owner, and only Ryan since he first came to our home approximately 3 years ago. His professionalism is unmatched. He is honest, dependable and equally important always on time. If you need something done and done right the first time you will be money ahead to hire Essential Electrical Services. This last statement is unfortunately supported thru experience. I have called on Ryan and Essential to correct several contractors errors and sub standard work. Essential Electrical Services should be your "go to" company when is comes to all your electrical needs.

Ryan arrived within the arranged timeframe! Upon arriving was courteous to ask if he was parked in a good location on the street. He wore shoe covers, and explained the scope of work and quote prior to beginning work. He and the other electrician worked quitely and diligently! Definitely plan to use again if services are needed!

I was concerned because one of my GFCI outlets was tripping over the weekend (a lot of rain) so I called them because they are advertised as open 24 hours. Immediately after I scheduled my service Ryan gave me a call to address my immediate concerns. The next morning he came and did an overall inspection and was very thorough and professional.

Hired Ryan for my multiple 3 way smart light switches wiring job. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. His expertise proven to be invaluable. His pricing was very reasonable. He will be on the top of my permanent list for electrical pros to go to.

Ryan gave us a great evaluation then provided a firm quote. After getting into the job he found there was more to do than he thought. Instead of charging us more, he did an excellent job and stuck to his original quote. I know through my own experience in the service industry that it's not always easy to stick with your promises so I really value someone who does. Ryan was not only a pleasure to work with, but did not try and push to upsell anything - he fixed our issues fast, had a few recommendations for an old home, and provided a quote for that. Will is by far the most helpful electrical technician ever! I contacted the company to get someone to come give me a quote after Hurricane Beryl and after having had 2 other companies come out(who were only after money and did not solve my problem). I was very skeptical due to my prior two experiences. When Will called me to ask me the issue and set an appointment he proceeded to ask if he could walk me through some steps first over the phone to see if he needed to come out. After following his guidance my problem was totally fixed, I was amazed and extremely thankful that he was honest and so helpful, especially after we have all suffered through the storm. They now have a customer for life, thank you so much and keep up the great work!!
