I call this company and the guy who answered was helpful and he gave me some advice. They were able to come out and fix my issue in a very timely manner, I would recommend them to anyone!

Very customer service oriented. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. From the first phone call to the texts and emails. I received a picture of Joe, the electrician who was going to come out. He called before he came. When he showed up, he listened to what I needed/wanted and then repeated it back to me to make he understood. He asked questions, told me the price and then went to work. He even put on shoe covers to come in the house. At the end he showed me what he had done. He presented the bill and he wouldn’t take a tip. Great business and great people! I’ll be calling them in the future.

Very professional, knowledgeable and neat. The tech asked my mother for the broom & dustpan when he was finished and swept up the little mess he made! He was able to replace the heater breaker rather quickly and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend Hunter Electrical!

$125 “service fee” just to get a quote. What a joke. Take your business elsewhere.

This company is horrible with customer service. They wouldn't give me any quote without a $125.00 service charge in advance. The person I spoke with on the phone was rude and acted like he didn't want my business.

I called, made an appointment and no tech showed up. Callled company 4 times and was told tech couldnot be coming. Could make appt. for Saturday as tech could not come as promised. Was told I would have to double the service fee $250 for Saturday. I protested. Manager would not talk to me on phone.

I am so confused by the others reviews on here… I had someone come out to look at a electrical problem at my house. The gentleman had great customer service and was extremely nice. However, he was here for an hour did not solve any problems. Told me there was a short in the wall and charged me $400 for him to tell me that. They then sent me a quote for $1180 to have it repaired!! $1580 total…
I called another electrician and just had it fixed in 1 hour and he charged me $100 for everything.. I’ve never been so appalled by a company ripping off their customers.
