Francis was prompt, courteous and professional. He completed our Fall furnace check up and even offered to come back to install our filter, which we had forgotten to purchase. We’ve done business with Mr. Chill AC for almost 15 years and they’ve always done a great job with reasonable prices. I highly recommend Mr. Chill AC.

The service technicians at Mr Chill are very competent and service oriented. I always receive texts and or calls ahead of time letting me know exactly when they will be arriving. They are also very thorough in explaining everything they are doing or recommending. I have been very pleased with their work and fair prices and can recommend them highly.

Andres was fast efficient and he was so pleasant. He showed me the issue and explained what actions needed to ne taken to rectify it. Andres came with the parts needed to get my AC back working. Thank goodness for him and his great service.

We had an issue with our A/C not blowing cold air and were initially told by another company that we needed a full system replacement for $17–22k. Thankfully, we called Mr. Chill Heat and Air for a second opinion.

Fausto Gonzalez came out quickly, diagnosed the issue accurately, and fixed it the same day by replacing the capacitor and adding freon — all for just $600. No pressure, no upselling, just honest and professional service.

From the first time Daisy answered the phone to the most recent interaction with Gus I have felt this company truly lives by the adage: what is best for the customer. I had the same A/C company for 25+ yrs but I know it was the correct decision to use Mr Chill. They never gave the sense of ‘selling’ only offering solutions. Should you use their services you will be totally satisfied.

Mr Rudy was great. Went over and beyond the job that he was called here to do. Should me ways to help Keep my unit clean . Also shared with me whY the hose outside was for anyhow to make sure it stays clean. Thanks again Mr Rudy. Because of you we can enjoy our home again

The service man was so polite and got to work right away. He did an excellent job explaining things to me about the system and how to work the thermostat. I appreciate that he took all the boxes and material with him so I didn't have to clean it up.

We requested a spring time AC tune up. Technician was friendly and informative. He told us how old the unit is and that the layout of our HVAC was well planned. He recommended a new filter as well. Gave good piece of mind that we can face the summer heat!

Mr. Chill has helped me with decisions on my Central Air Conditioning for years now. They gave me specifications on Heat Pumps. My heat pump produces nine times the heat for the same amount of power as strip heaters! The unit has paid for itself! I had my first problem with the unit in years yesterday. Daisy had Francis the tech out the same day. I had the extended warranty that covered everything for 10 years. Mr. Chill has been amazing! I highly recommend them!!

Dustin is really great. He was very professional and did a great job. I really appreciated him coming out as quickly as he did.

The technician was professional. He knew from experience exactly what the problem was from troubleshooting. He had the part on his truck that was need to repair the problem. He changed out the part. Showed me that the system was back online and working properly. He was in and out with an hour. Great service. We are very pleased. Thank you Jose.

Gus and his team responded immediately to investigate my cooling problem. Francis replaced some valve stems and charged my system. Working perfectly now!! Gus is honest and does great work. Recommend him and Mr. Chill without reservation.

The office staff was very pleasant, helpful, and informative. They were able to schedule us within 2 days for a spring check up on our unit. The tech was courteous and explained equipment issues is layman’s terms. We will use again.
