Started on their Titan maintenance plan. These guys were out here for 2 hours cleaning and checking out my 2 systems. Super impressed so far! Everyone is friendly and great communication!

Sergio came out today to do our annual check up on our AC system. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about what is happening with our systems. We have been using Titan for about five years now. We will always recommend this company. If I could put more than five stars I would.

The service tech, Sergio, was personably and professional. He knew what he was doing and took care of the problem in little time.

Sergio was awesome! He was super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and the most helpful service provider I have ever met. I am currently recovering from a surgery, and he needed access to my attic to finish the services (which was blocked in the garage by two vehicles, a bike rack, a ladder, and a couple boxes). So, as I was moving the vehicles out of the way, he actually moved the rest of the stuff for me! THAT is above and beyond service (not to mention he swept the areas where he worked)! I hope I never need to use his services again...but if I find myself in a situation where his services CAN be requested, you better believe I am going to give Titan a call and request Sergio! Well done my man.

Very pleased with Titan Comfort Solutions from initial phone call to invoice. Setting the appointment was smooth and the technician, Sergio, endured the attic heat for most of the day to get the requested services completed. Thank you for restoring faith in the HVAC trade!

After several failed attempts by another HVAC Company in the Magnolia area - Titan identified my HVAC problem (condenser line leak) and corrected it the same day. I was told by another company that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced.

Bottom line - It’s very easy to be misled and taken advantage of in this business. Titan is an honest, reliable company with great technicians that you can TRUST!

Great services, Sergio and his helper are so knowledgeable, professional, very diligent, and so was the communication! I recommend Titan comfort if you ever have AC problems!

Sergio diagnosed the issue quickly resolved the immediate problem and came back another day to fix another issue. He also adjusted the air flow to help the upstairs to be the same temperature as downstairs.

I recently had the pleasure of having Justin fix the heater thermostat at my house, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand.

We had an issue overnight that caused one of our two air-conditioning units to shut down. Called Titan Comfort Solutions, with whom we have a maintenance agreement, within three hours we had a service technician arrive at the house. He identified the problem as being an exposed electrical wire on the outside of the house. The problem was corrected. Thankful to "Titan" for the quick response, and suburb technician (Carlos).

Sergio and Titan Comfort Solutions provided a professional service on our air conditioning system. They reacted quickly to my call and Sergio did a wonderful job!

Titan is efficiently the best. Our AC wasn’t cooling and from making an appointment to the repair only took a day. Our condenser coil had a leak and they contacted Carrier for the warranty replacement and luckily they had an available in stock. Fom their admin to Justin, everyone is top notch and you can feel their honesty.

Sergio was just out to my home to fix my AC. He arrived only 3 hours after I called, was very professional, explained everything to me in a way I could understand, was extremely kind, and got me all fixed up with running AC again. It was very affordable, and I would highly recommend Titan.

Isaias and Sergio were awesome! Super knowledgeable and great service. I had previously had another company "troubleshoot" one of the issues I had but they were not able to fix it. After having used another company (which I thought was very good but turns out they weren’t), I decided to do some research on my issue and look around for recommendations. Titan came highly recommended by multiple neighbors and after having used their services I can see why. Justin was thorough and informative. He walked me through every step, actually showed me the problem, and then went over multiple solution options with me. He really went above and beyond to help me find the best solution for my home and budget. They will certainly be the only company I call from now on.

2nd Post: Titan came back out again because I noticed a second issue. This time it was Sergio. Again, awesome, awesome, awesome. I've been running the A/C now for about 4+ hours and everything seems to be going really well. Great company, great service!

Working with Titan Comfort Solutions is always a great experience. Isaias came out today to look at my AC and he was super friendly and explained the whole process. Consistent positive experiences keep me coming back to them.

Quality and quick service! Carlos our technician was very professional and diagnosed and repaired our AC quickly.

We finally had to replace a 26 year old set of AC ducts under our 111 year old pier & beam home in Montrose. The real problem is that at best, you may have 30 inches of clearance to work in, to replace a plenum that’s 20” X 30”, not to mention, the 10-ducts connected to the plenum. This was a MONUMENTAL JOB! The Titan Team came up with a far better design for the system, getting more air evenly delivered to all 10 registers. Moreover, they did all the work brilliantly and for a very reasonable price. At the completion of the installation the system was pressurized to 120% of the testing limits and the duct system performed 2 times better than acceptable limits of leakage!!! That is an outstanding achievement for any duct system, especially considering the horribly tight conditions under the house.

This is a super responsive and kind family owned business that takes their business very seriously, always doing excellent work and making sure the customer is fully supported and happy with the final product. They are my new AC Company!

From the moment I called Titan I knew I was dealing with people dedicated to solving my issue as efficiently as possible. Carlos diagnosed our issue very quickly. He also looked the entire system over taking pictures and making notes. Thank you to Carlos and Titan Comfort Solutions.

Justin and Sergio did a great job installing the whole home dehumidifier. I highly recommend Titan Comfort Systems for all AC and related needs. They are very good at communicating expectations and pricing, being on time and making the system work great.
