Ron and Ronnie were absolutely amazing! They worked quickly to figure out the problem that I was having with a gas smell coming from my stove. They were kind, professional, and very efficient—I highly recommend them and will definitely call on them again!

Sprinkler pipe burst during the December cold front. Ron had his team come out and cap the line. Team explained what would be the best way to fix the error made by a different installer. We scheduled a day so they could come out and properly repair and make things function correctly.

Ronnie is knowledgeable, very nice, and efficient - he took care of a list of plumbing needs quickly and well. We will definitely call him again to take care of our plumbing needs!

Ron has come to our home on a couple of occasions to help us out and always gives a great price and great customer service! He’s very knowledgeable and explains in normal terms what we need to make sure that our home is in regulation and we are safe and comfortable. Highly recommend!

The tech that came out to my house was super friendly and quick to get everything fixed! He even took a look at some other faucets to make sure I wouldn't have further trouble. Would definitely recommend.

Ron installed a gas line for our while house generator. He assured us that if we needed him to come back for any adjustments, he would get right back to us to adjust the calibration. We trust Ron 100%. He's been our plumber through 2 freeze events and he is also a dependable plumber for my real estate business. Ron always makes it a point to get me on the schedule right away. I really appreciate that.

Ronnie’s efforts to resolve my plumbing issue was excellent. He took the time to extract a broken valve by drilling it into smaller pieces to extract it without scoring the valve body - saving me the expense of replacing the valve. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. We got some business cards from him to distribute to our neighbors. I would highly recommend calling this father-son plumbing repair company.

Excellent service. We had a tankless water heater installed in our attic. The technicians laid drop cloths up the stairs and completely covered our wood floors before they ever started the work. They drained and removed two 40-gallon tanks in our attic. They worked for hours, bringing in an electrician and roofers to complete the work. After all work was completed, they swept and vacuumed all dirt and debris. First Service is our plumbing company from here on out.

I called in-and-in 30 minutes I had a technician on site repaired my leak within about 30 minutes . The technician's name was Broderick he did an outstanding job. He was very professional.

The tech Ron did a great job removing our old toilet and installing a new one. Discussed an issue he found and he as resolved. Highly recommend this company

Technician Ron was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed that our P-trap had dried out, allowing sewer gases into the house. Here's the important part for other homeowners: houses that sit vacant for extended periods commonly develop this issue. In our area where homes often stay on the market for months, this could be affecting many properties.

If you're buying a home that's been vacant, or if you smell sewer odors, check your P-traps! Ron explained this is a simple but commonly overlooked issue.

Thanks to Ron's expertise, I now understand the problem and know how to prevent it in the future. Sometimes the best companies aren't the ones spending money on ads - they're the ones earning customers through reliable service. Ron did an excellent job for us! Upon arrival, he promptly recognized the issue and came up with a great solution. Even though it was awkwardly located, he had no problem replacing the old cracked galvanized pipe.
