I have had Bill from Plumbing Right Now at my house for four separate events, and he is still the only plumber I recommend. He has snaked drains more than once, replaced a broken flange on a toilet, and installed a new toilet as well. When we moved into our home in 2016 it was 17 years old. We hooked up a refrigerator water line and woke up the next morning to water in the kitchen and the garage. Turns out the packing was loose and after Bill fixed it and told us what the problem was he said "welcome to Sugar Land, no charge for today." He keeps his prices consistent and fair, and if you ask him what it will cost he will tell you what the fee is prior to coming out. He isn't pushy and doesn't use pressure to get your business. He includes a warranty for the work he does as well. I would recommend Bill to anyone who needs an experienced plumber than can get the job done right the first time.

Best service in town! They have helped us with our sprinkler system, a water heater and most recently a kitchen sink. Always on time, friendly and professional.

This is my second time to call Plumbing Right Now. Bill installed a reverse osmosis filter, new sink and faucet. His estimate was exactly what he said the cost would be. He took the time to make sure the sink fit exactly into the sink base and actually had to grind down the granite. He is courteous, on time and leaves the workspace clean. Plumbing Right Now is "my" plumber now.

Called this company after the first plumbing company gave a quote of $3800 to fix a leak under the guest bathtub. They said they would have to pull the tub and reroute the drain which would include jack hammering thru the foundation. Bill installed a new drain pipe and fixed the leak. EXCELLENT WORK. $578 vs. $3835 (plus $285 to put a new shutoff valve) I highly recommend this company.

They were at our home in less than 2 hours. Went above and beyond in fixing our leak the right way. Cost was less then what other plumbers have charged us for similar repairs. Highly recommend Plumbing Right Now!

Absolutely outstanding and first-rate service: I had a difficult supply line issue with a toilet installation that was fixed well and looks great. They also helped me complete a toilet installation that was problematic. They are highly professional, conscientious, highly skilled and extremely pleasant to deal with. I would recommend them most highly.

Bill Glass is excellent. He helped me to get our two tankless water heaters working properly since the builder did not install them correctly. I fully recommend them.

I wrestled with a drain for over a week, using drain cleaner, taking apart the P-trap and even running my drain snake 20+ feet into the pipe. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get the pipe unclogged. It stopped draining completely so I called Plumbing Right Now and Bill showed up within a few hours, on a Saturday. He used a different kind of snake and it took him a couple of tries to get down to the clog, but had the drain flowing in a matter of minutes. Even if I had the same equipment, I don't think I could have gotten the same result. From years of experience he could tell just by feel where the snake was going. He was friendly and professional, and I'll call again if I need plumbing services.

I had a plumbing leak in my master shower. Staff member showed up on time. He told me how easy it would be to fix the source of the leak, however in order to discover the extent of the damage behind the shower wall it would require removal of the shower. Lucky for me, the insurance company seams to agree with his recommended repair. I will add to my review once the project is completed.

We have used PRN for different installations such as faucets and toilets. Bill is always within scheduled time, does the job as requested plus a bit more, and is a pleasure. We trust this company to do quality work in an honest and open fashion. I have a short list of "guys" that I call because they are tried and tested, and this company is on that list.

Not only did I get great service at a fair value, I got several options as related to my water heater replacement. I went with a one tankless water heater solution that covered the entire house (vs. two 50 gallons water heaters). I saved enough money that I that I also purchased a new water softener.

We love our new setup.

I had a great experience I had with Plumbing Right Now Inc. We discovered a very small leak on Saturday night in our garage and it had caused some dry wall damage. We called 12 different plumbers, all refusing to come out until Monday. We got a hold of Bill Glass from Plumbing Right Now Inc. and he was more then willing to come out first thing Sunday morning. He came out and was very professional and knowledgeable of his trade. He made me feel very comfortable even with all the stress that was happening. He fixed the leak with in a very short time and was very reasonable priced. I expected any plumber to come out here, even on a weekend, and change me over $1000 but the price was way much lower then that. It also turns out the damage in our garage wasn't very bad. Anyone looking for a plumber I highly recommend Plumbing Right Now Inc.

We are very happy with their service. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and quick to get the job done on a Saturday after Black Friday. I would recommend them to anyone. The other guys told me I had to wait until Monday morning. I didn't have time to wait. Call them, they can get your job done, too.

Bill was very knowledgeable, replaced our water heater. We needed a larger capacity one to fill our new walk in tub. Works great!

My water heater in the garage went south on Saturday over Thanksgiving Weekend. After calling 5-6 local plumbing companies PRN was the only responsive one. He provided outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. PRN desires to do a job but do it right the first time ! He even cut his hand a little in the process - I would definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. Happy Camper.

Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. After two weeks the company mailed me a refund check because they changed (reduced) their rates in the new year and had accidentally charged me $10 extra. The personal note explaining the issue along with their integrity and customer service is very impressive!

Plumbing Right Now was nothing short of amazing to work with when our water heater when out. They were out to diagnose the problem same day, and had the new one installed the very next day. Can’t recommend this company enough!
