Very pleased with our experience with Magnolia Custom Pools! They were able to work with our budget to create a backyard oasis that exceeded our expectations. All subcontractors were extremely professional and courteous. Additionally, they were able to complete the project in about 8 weeks and have been great in addressing any issues after completing the pool build. Highly recommend!

First of all, I want to a huge thanks to Kurt and Jeff with Magnolia Custom Pools!!! Prior to working with Kurt, I had three separate contractors estimate the build out of my patio. None of them made us feel comfortable enough to trust them with this project. Upon meeting with Kurt, his professionalism and expertise made a great impression on me and I felt that him and his team were right for the job. What can I say, I couldn’t be happier with the way our patio turned out, I love it!! Kurt and his team were amazing!! They were professional, punctual, quick and efficient. I have and will continue to recommend these guys because their service and pricing is top notch!! Keep up the great work guys, you have customer for life!

So happy I went with Magnolia Custom Pools. The backyard of my new house was awful. Doug not only worked with me on pool design but ultimately helped me remodel the whole thing. I appreciated, as a single mom, that they offered contractor suggestions to do the extras not covered under the contract. They coordinated everything between everyone. It was a dream compared to so many of my friends experiences. Of course, there were hiccups (electrical lines run through the yard!) but they handled everything with a calm and an ease that made everything so manageable. I also put in a basketball court, french doors from my bedroom where windows used to be, and installed a covered patio. No way I would have done this with anyone else. I’ve recommended them multiple times and will continue to do so. We LOVE our backyard!

Doug and Tessa were professional, communicative and a pleasure to work with. The product that they produced was absolutely incredible! We have a small back yard to work with but they absolutely maximized our space. In addition, we had a small issue that needed to be addressed after construction and they jumped right on it. I highly recommend Magnolia Custom Pools. Kurt and Jeff delivered our pool ahead of schedule and it turned out better than I could have imagined. They went out of their way to ensure proper drainage, that we got the exact travertine we wanted and all of our landscaping and irrigation was completed to our complete satisfaction. They were easy to work with and have been great at answering questions even after the job was completed. We love it!

I hired Magnolia Custom Pools in late summer 2025 and paid a deposit for a pool and outdoor kitchen project. The design provided was not approved due to HOA or county requirements, so the project did not move forward. The matter was not resolved to my satisfaction, and I did not receive a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to document my experience.
