We had irrigation system, landscaping, sod, flagstone, fire pit, rain catchment system installs - excellent work and timely install - slight issue w/ fire pit mortar, otherwise very nice work - Juan listens and follows through.

Did a beautiful job with our front yard. Took down to dirt, tilled, fertilized and planted zoysia Grass! Worked with and improved sprinkler set up. Great people to work with!

They did a really good job for a great price. We were in a hurry due to our pool being almost completed and did not know what we wanted and they just designed it all for us. We love it!

Highland Landscaping has provided services at shopping centers I manage in Plano for several years. Their prices are fair, they are responsive to my requests, and I have had excellent service. Would recommend them to anyone.

We absolutely love this company and the work they do, weekly, to keep our lawn and flowerbeds looking spectacular. They are quick to resolve any issues we’ve had and always will do the extra work we ask for. As far as the complaints about communication, we’ve never had an issue. I think most of the reviews are from people looking for cheap work and if that’s the case this isn’t the company for you. They do high end work and it shows in every yard they maintain.

Others have commented that this is a great company. I’m going to go further and comment that the owners of the company Alexandra and Juan are fantastic people. The quality of their work is fantastic and their prices are competitive in the market. They were very accommodating with my timeframe and although we have a few things to wrap up that are mainly housekeeping items, I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

I made two appointments for an estimate. The first time, I got a text an hour after the scheduled appointment that he couldn’t make it. I scheduled another appointment on a Saturday at 10:00. He text and asked if he could come at 3:00 instead. I waited until 4:00, and he never showed. I would definitely not give him my business.

Found their number in Google and called. A woman answered and asked that I text her my name, address and email for a estimate. She told me she would get the estimate sent right away. That was yesterday. I've read other negative reviews and it seems if the business can't generate a simple estimate for new business then chances are, you'll have other problems along the way and that's... a... red...flag.

Below response is an absolute lie! Improve your service and professional ethics than fighting with potential customers! I contacted on April 27 for landscaping quotes, no reply. Later called for mowing only on May 24th, no confirmation after the phone call as promised, I called couple of times, no reply, there are multiple reviews here with the same complain. I got confirmation the day I posted this review. I had informed ahead of time about reaching late, apologized multiple times! You asked me if I had posted a Google review,you changed your response after I denied your super expensive estimates! Spend more time in responding to service requests than fighting here with customers!

Original Review - Poor communication! Please respect customer’s time.
Spoke with Alexandra, shared my name and address, she confirmed an appointment and asked me to text the address. She promised she will revert back promptly with appointment confirmation and other details, no response, this happened twice for different estimates. Week passed, after several follow ups no response!! Looking for specific clients?? at least have courtesy to respond 🙏
