It has been a long time since I have been this pleased with any kind of service technician. Zach was so thorough and so willing to explain each step he was taking. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. We will never call anyone else for our HVAC needs.

I have been a customer of Agees for over twenty years. To say the least, I have been extremely satisfied with their service, courtesy, and the professional manner that their personal conduct themselves. I cannot over emphasize the complete satisfaction that I have experenced with this company over the twenty years that I have done business with them. Five stars is my rating without hesitation.

I had to call them Saturday when my heat wouldn’t come on. They had someone at my house within a couple of hours! Kelly was our technician and he was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. It was difficult to determine what the issue was (turned out to be a wire in the wall was shorting out because someone had put a nail through it), but Kelly kept at it until he discovered what the problem was. He was an angel to us! I would use this company again, and I have already handed out several of his business cards to our neighbors. Their prices were reasonable, too!

Agee's was great. Our AC has been going in and out for three years now and we have been using another, more expensive company that seemed to put a bandaid on our problem without actually fixing it. Kelly today was extremely thorough, took his time to explain different problems and found that our thermostats were even corroded (which our previous company had missed). I would recommend this company to anyone in the area who is having problems with their air conditioner or even need the biannual checkup.

Marcus knew exactly what was wrong when I told him the symptoms. Very knowledgeable. So thankful Agees got me in the first day and that they do a very good job. Will price a new unit with them this fall because of Marcus.

I wish they were open throughout the weekend but they were extremely professional and nice it was a frustrating 24 hours in Texas heat but the attitudes, personality and quality of work make up for it.

Excellent scheduling, on time, courtesy call on the way. Found the issue and didn't try to up sell for a bigger job. I've always found Agee's to be honest, reliable, and great service providers. We run real estate and property management and couldn't make things work without them!

There are allot of AC companies out there to choose from.
Finding one that has a higher standard of service and expertise is hard to find, their technicians are well seasoned and strive to get it right.
Pride will get the job done, but admiration and a love for your work takes the job to a level of perfection.
I have always been impressed by their expertise and knowledge, good job again, Thank you Agee's for a job well done.
Always good to know that they are there when you need them.

Would strongly recommend Agees. We got 4 estimates to replace our heat pump and Agees was the best value. We got excellent customer service and they did what they said they would do. The tech was respectful and put booties over his shoes when he came in the house. I appreciated that as we have light colored carpet upstairs where he was working. Will contact Agees when it's time to replace our other unit.

Honest, professional, personable and efficiently run family business. We had a little bit of a tricky situation with our 6 yr old AC unit running a code/shutting down for the first time. I had had a different company look at it but ended up going over Agee's since they're a preferred Carrier provider. They were patient enough to send two different techs over to ensure the job was done thoroughly and correctly. They have won our loyalty for sure! We will be using them for years to come. Thank you Brian for saving the day!

I've been with Agee's now for 9 years. They replaced my unit when the original went out. Stephanie or Mike call me every six months to schedule to have my semi-annual check. I've found them to be extremely reliable. Marcus is our personal Service Tech, he's professional, friendly and always a positive attitude that I look forward to seeing him each time he comes.

Everyone that I worked with, from the first phone call to paying the bill was courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Overall, I spoke with 3, possibly 4 people on the phone, Brian did the testing, diagnosis, and initial estimate of work and options, and Caesar and Chris installed the new component. Brian came late in the afternoon of the morning that I called, and the final repair was 3 days later. I know people need their AC back up and running ASAP, but these seemed like reasonable delays given the amount work that must happen around here when the weather gets hot. My only nitpick was that I was supposed to get a 30 minute call, but on the first visit it was less than 5 minutes because Brian was on another call right on my street. Therefore I wasn't at the house when he arrived. I don't really have any way to compare prices, but their standard service fee was generally the same as the other companies I checked in to. The final bill was in line with what I expected and fully explained before work started. I will use Agee's again if (when) I have an AC or heating issue.

Even though we didn’t have Agee’s do our replacement, the friendly and very informative service technician that came to look at our unit was a top of the line professional. Mr. Kelley took the time to diagnose, write up different quotes, and recommended the best services we needed for our home. They were speedy to help and kind in handling our situation.

Excellent service. Marcus was friendly and professional when he came to my house for an emergency AC repair. We called Agee's at 9 AM and they were at my house 4 hours later. He explained why I was having certain problems and what the quick fix was, but explained that in the future we'd probably need to replace our system (but didn't try to sell me a replacement right then). He helped me understand what things I could do on my own now to keep my system running as best as a 15 year old system could. I signed up for the Agee's service agreement too so they'll come out every 6 months to check the system. I was referred to Agee's by a family member and completely agree that they were the way to go! We had to have a new heat pump and air handler installed. Kelly came out and went over our whole system and our house to determine what our needs were, showed us our options, and explained everything to us. He was friendly and kind. Chris and Caesar came out to do the install and I was beyond impressed with them. They would explain everything to us. They showed us everything that was wrong with our old system, and were eager to answer all our questions we had. Chris even chased after our 1 year old when she was trying to walk out the front door. Our new system looks so much more professionally installed than our old one. It's night and day the difference. Bob came by to deliver more supplies and he was super nice. The whole Agee's team is fantastic! I highly recommend them. We've used some pretty crummy AC folks in the past in other towns and as long as we are here I will only use Agee's.

I've been a customer of Agee's for about 15 years, since they installed our AC/heating system. They've service it ever since. They are professional, on-time, and never leave a mess. They even deal with my barking pup during their site visits, with a smile. They always take the time to go over every aspect of maintaining my system on each visit and keep me posted of any items that I may need to updated in the future, in order to keep my system running at optimal level. Great company.

Our AC had frozen up, so after trying to thaw it and hope everything was fine, I realized we'd need a professional to look at it. Agee has serviced our AC in the past, and we've been happy with the results each time. I called them first thing in the morning and they had a technician at our house within a few hours. He was professional and very knowledgeable. Come to find out we had a refrigerant leak, and our system ran on R22, which is being phased out and ridiculously expensive to get. We decided total system replacement was our best option and scheduled it. Their installation team was booked solid, so it took a week to get them here, and we made due with our old system until then. The day of installation they showed up promptly at 9 ready to go. They were very professional, transparent and answered any questions thoroughly. The weather didn't exactly cooperate, so they had to work around some occasional torrential rain, but I applaud their perseverance. They put up an awning over the outside unit to facilitate their work there. From start to finish it took them about 5 hours to completely swap the system and get everything running. It works great, it's definitely quieter, and we're completely happy with how it's gone. They'll be having a technician follow up tomorrow to ensure everything is functioning properly and make any necessary adjustments. I'd definitely give Agee my endorsement if you're looking for AC service. They've always been on the spot and the service has been exceptional.
