we found this carpet cleaning service online and chose them after reading many strong reviews, and our own experience turned out just as great. ashton arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and worked very efficiently from start to finish. he did a very thorough deep carpet cleaning, paid close attention to the problem areas, and completed everything in a reasonable amount of time. we were especially happy with the results because one of the main reasons we needed the carpets cleaned was due to cat dander affecting my daughter’s allergies. after the service, the carpets looked fresh, felt much cleaner, and the air in the house seemed improved as well. what stood out most was ashton’s positive attitude, easy conversation, and genuine care for doing the job right. we were very satisfied with the whole carpet cleaning experience and would gladly book this service again whenever we need our carpets cleaned.

justin and wyatt really went above and beyond with the carpet cleaning work. a hot water leak had reached the guest bedroom carpet, so they replaced the padding, deep cleaned the carpet, and stretched it back into place. They also left foam pads under the twin beds to protect the wooden feet and keep everything in good shape. They used corner guards anywhere their hoses might touch the walls, which helped prevent scuffs or marks during the job. i also appreciated that they wore booties over their shoes so they would not bring more dirt into the areas they were cleaning. justin made sure the stairs were thoroughly cleaned, including each step and the rise, and the whole carpet looked fresh, clean, and well cared for afterward. After using this carpet cleaning service several times, i feel confident choosing them again because they are careful, professional, and do very detailed work.

I contacted on a Wednesday and had somebody in to clean on Friday! They provide a reasonable time frame and when Tristan came, he was great! Tristan was personable and kind of our home. To make things simpler for future clients, i would suggest that you provide square foot pricing. This could give people a better idea of the costs and could save both you and the customer time and money. All in all, we were pleased with the service from Micah and his team.

This is our second time using Matthew's Carpet Cleaning and I still have so many good things to say. The first time, Wyatt came out when we had a pet accident and helped clean our carpets until they looked brand new. We had our living room and hallway carpets cleaned by a company certified by the Carpet & Rug Institute Seal of Approval, which was important to keep our carpet warranty because we have extra soft SmartStrandSilk carpet. We were very pleased with the experience. Justin handled the cleaning and was easy to communicate with—he answered all of our questions and calls. The cleaning equipment he used was impressive and did a fantastic job! There was a heavy traffic area I was worried about, but after the cleaning you couldn't even tell it was ever there. The carpets were almost dry by the time Justin finished, and his process didn’t leave our carpets soaked like older methods. Everything looked wonderful when he was done. Justin was careful and thorough, making sure every step was done right and that we were happy with the results. I highly recommend letting Justin take care of your carpet cleaning needs!

Wyatt was very professional and easy to work with. He took great care of our large 3-piece sectional sofa during the carpet and upholstery cleaning. Wyatt spent over three hours deep cleaning our sofa, and even showed me how much dirt was being removed with just the vacuum before starting the deep cleaning. Our sofa looks spotless now, which is impressive with two young boys at home. Wyatt also suggested Scotchgard to protect against future stains and included a free deodorizer. The pricing was very reasonable, and we will definitely use their carpet cleaning services again. Wyatt has over 10 years of experience, and his skill really shows. We also hired Wyatt for tile and grout cleaning, and our tile looks fantastic now. This was our first time getting professional tile cleaning, and we couldn't be happier.
