In the investigative phase of plumbing repairs, struggling to get ANY plumber to answer the phone much less answer my questions without trying to hard sell me on paying for an estimate. Sometimes you just need some info and not a full on service call.

Called them on a Sunday evening and they assured me they would be out on Monday afternoon. They showed up as promised. James was very professional and polite. He worked for a bit over the hour to clear up the issue. His work was thorough and he gave me some helpful tips to help avoid the issue again. Would recommend without hesitation.

I have used FireHouse plumbing for three years and they have always been honest and fair. My geothermal water heater was leaking. Well I had a crew here the next morning and a new water heater.

James came out and was very professional and a great service technician. He was very attentive to my needs and answered any questions I had. The work was done within na reasonable time and he cleaned up the area very well. It was cleanee then when he started. I will for sure be using firehouse plumbing again in the future for any plumbing needs I have.

Every star was hard earned. Jesse fixed a broken pipe under my house (slab leak)...this happened right as evening was approaching with my very pregnant wife at home alone. He came quickly and worked diligently. The process was long but the damage was minimal because he got here so fast. He was affordable and gave me helpful tips as a new homeowner. I will defiantly be coming back if ever I do have a plumbing need. Thank you for being reliable.

Had tree plumber come out and tell me they could not help me and i needed my septic tank pumped. I had my tank pumped and 450 later I’m still in the same situation. That’s where Jesse and his help came into the picture. This man knew what the issue was over the phone. He quickly diagnosed the issue, located my first tank and and cleared my drain. That is knowledge!

James came out (on time, professional, honest and great to have in my home) and repaired a Delta kitchen faucet that was defective. When Delta wouldn't honor their lifetime warranty, James came out a second time and worked hard to tried again to get it to work. But it wouldn't. So he installed a new faucet and would not charge me anything for the second trip, even though it wasn't his fault. Do you find that kind of service anywhere today? I recommend Firehouse Plumbing and highly recommend James!
