I need to be at work at 3 pm. I scheduled an appointment between 11 am- 1 pm. The tech called, said he should be there by 2. That time came and went. He called at 2:20, I'll be there in 25 minutes. I cancelled the appointment (money for business). And, they were fine with that. I called another business, they were happy to have the money. Competition is a good thing!
