Gulf Coast appliance repair service was professional throughout the diagnosis and repair of our refrigerator . They were on time for the visits and kept us informed on the repair status . The repair was thorough and the technician explained exactly what was done. I would highly recommend their services - both the phone coordinator and technician Travis.

Travis was great. 1. Texted me he would be a little earlier than set time frame. Asked if that's ok I said it was. 2. Travis was clean and professional. 3. Understood the issue with my wall oven and fixed it in less than 10 minutes. 4. Told me what to do to avoid the problem in the future. 5. Highly recommend. Hope I get Travis next time I need help!

Travis was simply wonderful. He is extremely honest and ethical and could charged me a fortune but gave me some professional advise on my broken appliance.I will certainly call Gulf Coast for all of my appliance repairs and will gladly refer them to all of my friends and family! Thank you Travis!

Travis was very punctual, polite and honest. He was able to answer all my questions about refrigerators and their dependability. At this time I was lucky that I did not need a major repair but I would feel very comfortable using them for any appliance issues in the future.

Travis Webster is the most professional tech I have ever had in my home. Was assigned GC after initial service company could do nothing with my refrigerator. Travis came through and although it took a couple of visits fixed the problem. I will never have another tech or any other company but Gulf Coast in my home to repair any appliances. They did a nice job, it took a little while to figure it out. But after that they got it fixed. The biggest problem was inferior parts on the 2&1/2 year old washer, It's a GE top load. I like the washer when it's working right, hope I don't have any more problems.

I used Gulf Coast Service thru my home warranty to fix an issue with our refrigerator. Travis was our technician and he solved the issued. i have had the same issue with my GE side by side refrigerator freezer 2-3 times this year. Travis has provided excellent service, flexible availability, and honest work. he is extremely knowledgeable in potential issues tht could arise with my specific refrigerator model and has been more than willing to trouble shoot through them to identify the issue. he is an asset to the Gulf Coast Service Center team. thank you again for all your help time and time again!

Great service recently had our appliances start to show their age. Travis arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issues. Repaired our LG dishwasher and then our LG washer quickly and effectively. Thanks Travis and Gulf Coast Service.

Great service. They were dispatched by my home warranty company for my issues with my dishwasher. Travis thoroughly inspected my dishwasher before determining that my drain line was the culprit. He made the necessary adjustments to the drain line. It was determined that the garbage disposal was the source of the issue. Eventhough that is not his responsibility, he made sure I knew what to check before the plumber left to make sure the entire plumbing drain system was working properly. Not my kitchen is working perfectly.

My oven failed right before Christmas. Everyone is busy right now and I did not have time to find out why my oven wouldn’t work. I am not without mechanical aptitude but this was worth much more than I paid. It would have taken me many, many more hours to have figured out the problem and come to a resolution. Travis did an amazing job in record time. I’m highly impressed. Knowing this time of year we need use of such a critical appliance, he came out LATE (7 pm) the day the parts came in to get the job done. Wow, not many Techs or companies are willing to do that, all while maintaining friendliness and professionalism. He even waited on me since I was stuck in traffic.

Found this amazing appliance repair shop on Google and they had great reviews so I called them to repair our dishwasher. Travis came out promptly, assessed the situation, ordered the needed part, and finished up the repairs today. They are reasonably priced and courteous. I love the fact that they text me when they are on their way with a tracker that allows me to have an estimate on their arrival time. I highly recommend them.

cant say enough good things about this company. i have only used them once but dealt with them several times. From the first time i called til the last i spoke with Julie and she was really nice and worked at getting a good time for my crazy schedule to match up with a service persons time slot. She told me who it would be and that he would call in advance to inform me of his arrival. Thats just what he did. He called about an hour before which is great because ive got two big dogs that i need to "get ready" for when a stranger comes over. I also love that you can track the driver on your phone which is also perfect for me and there is a picture of that person! i love that! You know exactly who is coming over. When Travis arrived he was not only on time but nice and very professional and he seemed to know what he was talking about. He looked at both appliances and let me know that a part would have to be ordered for one and what the time frame would be and he was right, It took the time he said. When i spoke with Julie she again was patient with me as i tried to find a time that would work for both of us. I will most certainly call in the future for other problems that may arise and will recommend them. This has been a very refreshing experience. Thank you gulf coast .

Thank you to Gulf Coast Service Center for replacing my ice maker. I was able to schedule a convenient time for me and Travis brought the parts with him so I didn't have another appointment to schedule. The work was done quickly and correctly. I had ice in a few hours. Thank you Travis! I recommend this company when you have appliance problems.

Travis was exceptional… I’ve had many repair men at my house and I can say wirh confidence, that he is careful, thoughtful, knowledgeable and thorough. This young man goes above and beyond to fix things correctly and telling you what you need to do to keep an I alert from freezing up again!!! And that was a first for me! I will always call on this business in the future because Travis was a great appliance guy! Thank you Travis!

Joe came to repair our Samsung Refrigerator.
He is very, very nice, professional and skillful.
Joe identified the problem almost right away and started repairing it.
He made sure the working area is clean before he left.
I also want to thank Julie in the office for scheduling the appointment. Last week was a busy week for Gulf Coast Services but she tried to get me in with in the time frame. It is really worth it to wait for the excellent service company like the Gulf Coast Services.

A simple phone call and the technician was at my house in a few days. He was very polite, very knowledgeable and the repair was finished a timely manner. The prices are fair and I highly recommend this company.
