I rented a pressure washer for one day 2pm Friday - 2pm Saturday. I was unable to return it before 2pm Saturday so I called there rental department to ask how much it would be if I rented it for 2days and they said 150$. So I asked how much would it be if I bring it in a few hours after my scheduled time. The customer representative said if I brought it in before they closed the price would be prorated depending how long I kept it. I returned the pressure washer at 7pm and hour before they closed. They still charged me the two day rental 150. I was pretty upset at this point and said well if y’all are going to charge me for two days let me load it back in my truck and I’ll bring it tomorrow before 2pm. I got told they couldn’t do anything about it because they already loses out the rental

I am a big home depot fan! I have had great experiences with many major purchases and installations with 4 different HD stores. I have never encountered the kind of unprofessional, often rude employees that I find here at the Webster store. It genuinely seems to be a culture. From the greeter to the "help" desk" to every department I visited. Customers seem to be universally be treated as annoyances.. It has to be how they are trained or hired, I've never seen anything like it. When I'm in Webster, I'm a Lowe's fan.
