The guys who came out to my house were nice. There was a lady who worked inside who was just so incredibly rude. It's like she just hated life. The sighing and eye rolling. She absolutely made me dread going inside for anything.

I asked them to have the owner/plumber call me about a small new construction job. It's been a week and a half and he hasn't had the courtesy to even call.
