My a/c went out and Chris came out was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and saved me a ton of money by just replacing the part that went bad and had the air back running within an hour

We had our air conditioner go out. Patriot was very responsive and found where wires had been disconnected and put on a new wiring harness and saved my family from having to suffer through the end of the Texas heat with no ac.

Was referred to Patriot, they came out 01/25/25 and replaced a part. Today I called another company, because still having same issues, who found MULTIPLE errors in the original installation in 2021 that Patriot should have been able to identify if they were good at their job.
