Wonderful people and fast service!

Michael has been helping me with a/c issues for years at several businesses. I work with the city now, and he's been instrumental in helping us with any issues that arise. Highly recommended.

No help at all when i needed it so wont ever even consider using them

Whoever was driving their pick up flew past me cut me off then braked in a curve.
If they drive that way . I wonder how big of a hurry they get when working ?

Extremely unprofessional business people. Was trying to turn in to a business (on 06/07/2019), and the guy diving the F250 with fresh paper tags on it, pulls up just feet away from our bumper so we can't see oncoming traffic. Then he proceeds to just constantly flip us off until we turn, and the entire time we're turning. All so he can't get to the smoke shop across from Sutherlands. Definitely not who I'd want representing my company.

It's pretty comical how bad of business men Wendall & Sons Refrigeration are. Not only will they not install your equipment correctly, but when you attempt to contact them to have them come and fix what is incorrect, they first start by assuring you that a tech will be there soon, then being the great businessmen they are, they refuse to answer your call ever again. We also attempted to call from another number in which they answered exactly one time and same story. "Assured" a tech soon and then must have stored the number to not answer cause then refused to answer that phone. I'm not an individual either. This is for a full sized corporate restaurant. DO NOT TRUST THESE MEN. Especially if you are not interested in your business throwing away money for poor service and even poorer business ethics. And yes, our invoice is 100% paid in full and had been at all times we tried to reach them. So that is not the reason for such poor ethics. I can only assume that this is just their business model. I wish I could rate a 0 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
