After calling 4 other HVAC companies, that either never called back or blew me off like they don't need my business, I called Jay Young. They were out at almost 5:00 the same day, had my a/c fixed in less than 30 minutes and charged way less than I had expected. Thank you

John came and got started and did a great job. He did everything he said plus some extra. VERY please with them.

We've called them out for both heating and a/c repair and plumbing issues and have gotten great service every time. Before we had to have a major repair, the owner came out to make sure that we were given an accurate quote. They have always taken care of us promptly, the staff is super friendly and their prices are the best in the city.

Water started draining from our disposal.
I wanted it replaced.
One company I called wanted $49.00 and another wanted $89.00 Just to come and "assess" the problem.
When I told them that I wanted the disposal replaced with the best one they had they told me that it didn't matter, they had to come and check for themselves.
When I called Jay Young plumbing I was given one price that was for the the entire job.
The first two companies said that there was no way they could replace it that day.
Jay Young plumbing told me they would be there that afternoon.
Needless to say, they got the job.

Amazing service! Chase and his partner Eric were quick to solve our water leak at our meter. They dug forever on a day that was 42 degrees wind chill! Professional, right to the point, and great resolve! Thank you Jay Young Plumbing and for Chase taking care of business.

Had Aaron come do a service call on my kitchen sink and dishwasher. It was backed up on both sides and dishwasher was leaking. He got it fixed within an hour and managed to get my back door open (it had been stuck shut for a couple months). He even washed out the sink when he was done. Great service and great price. $85 for snaking and vacuuming. Definitely recommended.

Jay and Raymond did exactly what they said they would do. They were prompt at returning calls and knowledgable. We had a mini split installed and they were top notch. We have also used their plumbing services in our restrooms. No complaints and cheaper than who we had been using.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys! Raymond came to check my HVAC system out and was very informative and honest! Chase and Craig came to fix a leak- did a great job. Helped move my furniture as well! A+. Will have them work on all of my rentals!

The technicians were gentlemen and I felt safe with them in my home. They did a great job! They also noticed my AC condensate drain problem and checked that, too. They are considerate, fair and nice. I will definitely use them again.
