Max was very professional and very informative and honest with our unit and the repairs it may need.

Had Mr Air Repair come out today as my home was 94°+ with my children inside. Max came out and throughly diagnosed the issue which was a lack of maintenance on my part. The dirty outdoor unit cause the coil inside to pop. Max fought tooth and nail to get Lennox to cover it under warranty and they were able to get it fixed today at a very decent price. My home is now 72° and we are freezing🥶

And Dustin, who worked very efficiently and was very thorough. They both walked me through the whole process and had pictures of everything.

Called for A/C repair on a Saturday around 4:30pm and the guy who answered the told me the prices for after hours work and normal day hours work. We decided we would wait until Monday morning. Then a lady called me back and said that since I had actually called during business hours they could come out that day for the cheaper price. Tim came out, was very professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We didn’t have to spend two nights in a hot house. Great service and would highly recommend.

Dustin came out for an AC tune up and did a fantastic job. Friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave great tips on how to prolong and take care of my system. Anytime I need any service done, definitely going to use them.

We had a bi-annual inspection. Tim was great at explaining everything. He spent lots of time cleaning, installing some new parts, and adjusting.

Just want to say I am impressed with Mr. Air Repair’s customer service. Last week Tim and Matthew came to my home to look at my AC unit, which has not been working for quite a long time. They thoroughly explained to me what the problems were in layman’s terms and gave their opinion on what the best options for me are. 10 out of 10 for Tim and Matthew for excellent customer service!

I also had William to come out for a consultation on my options for AC replacement. He was very informative about my options. I didn’t feel rushed or compelled to sign off on anything and he answered my questions satisfactorily. After William left my home, he even came back to my door to let me know a cute little dog was wandering around outside and he wanted to know if I knew who the owner was. We figured out that the owner lived next door and William went to their house to return their dog! 10 out of 10 for customer service for William as well!

Chris and Andy were very polite, knowledgeable and professional. Did the work quickly and effectively and I wouldn't hesitate to ask for their services again. Very reasonable cost.

My mom called Mr. Air Repair out for routine maintenance check up on her very old a/c unit. While the unit was old, it was still kicking pretty good, per the service technician, Dustin. Unfortunately he found an alarming amount of mold on the inside unit. I was able to look & confirm this to be frighteningly true. His calm reassurance and thorough explanation on how to remedy the issue was most appreciated by both of us. This young man is a fine representation of excellent customer service.
