Prestige Janitorial worked on our floors this past weekend in the back processing area of our stockroom and they did an exceptional Job! They restored our floors to an amazing shine !! Prestige Janitorial Services cleans the church where I serve; Grace Community Presbyterian Church. They are dependable, incredibly thorough and they take fantastic care of our church, cleaning it and caring for our building wonderfully well. There are no cutting of corners with them. In fact, if there is something scheduled at our church where we might need to ask them to flex and clean at a time that is not their normal cleaning day, they do it. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Ask for Stephany Gailey (Operations Manager). She bends over backwards for her clients and is always available to discuss any issues. She personally visits her clients physical locations often. Outstanding service! Highly recommended.

I am so happy with this cleaning company. They do a great job at our church. Chad and Leah oversee the cleaning team and make sure we are satisfied.
They even alerted me to a leak we had in our hot water heater! The cleaning team sent a video to show me the problem so I could call a plumber.

It is hard to find a cleaning company that is consistent and reliable. We have found this with Prestige. They are great with communication and address concerns quickly. Communication is key in any relationship and with Prestige they excel in this area. Our office feels clean, looks clean and smells clean.

I cannot say ENOUGH about how wonderful our experience has been with Prestige Janitorial!!! We opened The Range in McKinney in November 2022 and were in a mad dash to get post construction grime cleaned so we contacted Sarah. She quickly came out for an assessment and got back to us with a quote. Within a short time, we had a team out to help us get our building ready for opening.
Since then, Chad has been our point of contact and manages cleaning crews and scheduling. He is never hard to contact and if he misses a call, he gets back to me quickly.
We have an AMAZING team who comes in three times a week. Maricruz, Fatima, and Ibeth always do fantastic work and with such great dedication. They all work so hard to help make The Range in McKinney shine for our customers. We appreciate the hard, and wonderful work these ladies do for us every week. Thank you, Prestige for allowing our janitorial services to be such a worry-free and easy experience for our business, staff and customers.

Everything about our experience with Prestige was excellent. Samantha, Rick, Sarah, and the every team member we interacted with was kind/informative/incredibly supportive. If you are in need of facilities/janitorial services you could not do better than Prestige. Truly incredible service with truly incredible people.

We have been working with Prestige for about a year now and all I can say is AMAZING!!! Samantha is here once a week for a face to face check-in and walk through to make sure we get nothing less than perfect service! She is super nice and makes sure everything is exactly how I like it, and trust me, I am super picky! We use them for not only all of our cleaning needs but I have them power wash our lot and stair cases and come out and clean all of our windows inside and out, all I have to do is email and call her and they are here usually within the week!

We switched to Prestige Janitorial at the end of 2022, and honestly wish we had found them years ago! The service and communication are both stellar, and we are so happy with our new office cleaning service. Five stars aren't enough, they are a 10-star company from start to finish!

My church has been using Prestige Janitorial for 2 months now. We are very pleased with everything, from the cleaning service to their customer service. Before we hired the company, we met with Kevin a sales associate and then Chris B along with the lead cleaner. They made us feel like they were happy to do the job and help out as much as needed, but not pushy about adding anything we did not need. They were very professional and listened to our needs, right from the beginning. Once the cleaning started I thought all of that would end, but it didn't. The cleaners are on time and professional. Periodically I get calls from Landon just checking to see how everything is going. I highly recommend Prestige Janitorial. So far a wonderful experience!

The staff was professional throughout the entire process leading up to the cleaning. The price was fair for the amount of work required, and we were very pleased with the deep cleaning and how smoothly everything went. Our store looked beautiful afterward.
