I have done contracting work for stout and they owe a balance after 6 months after the jobs been completed. They aren't being receptive to messages left and blame they haven't been paid. But I didnt sign up for payment 6 plus months after the jobs been completed. The processes there definitely need to be improved. I will next go to the BBB. If you are an contractor put in your contract a late expense.

Ryan the sup is not do nothing when I got scammed by his sub contractor(turnberry group) for 15k on a project in Phoenix Arizona called Lsaa don’t work for them. I feel the scam is between super and sub owner. Supervisor don’t hold their word.

I have left several messages and no one gets back with me.
